i woulder how the ecw side will come in to it. there wont be alot because the whole ecw has only really come about lately. am sure they will have a ecw area like the did last time. i hope they put at least a few ecw wrestler in there like tommy dreamer, the sandman, sabu ect. its probely to late for him now but i hope to god they put in C.M Punk cos he is the ***! at least they should put in his moves so you can make him

Well it wouldn't be too hard to make CM Punk, his finisher is a top rope pedigree (pepsi plunge) so if they don't put it in the game just use the pedigree as his finisher. I think the only ECW wrestlers that will make the game are going to be Kurt Angle, Big Show and RVD. Though I would be extremely happy if Sabu made it, gotta love the triple jump moonsault

thats cool that they will be adding in ecw to the game. if they are doing that then the will deffo have people like rvd,sandman,tommy dreamer sabu ect. i think cm punk may be abit late but oh well.

My god people. The CAW mode will be great. Who cares if the storyline with it is average? You get to make and change every aspect of your character (Wrestlemania 21 didn't have good custom entrances but they fixed this on the ps2 games meaning it will be better in 2007)

And if you look into the beginning of the thread I'm pretty sure, we've discussed the most probable ECW outcome.

They will be an ECW ring treated like in the show (sometimes you go over on tuesday night and verse an ecw rebel) and will include all of the "ecw" superstars from wwe (rvd, kurt angle, big show).

The true ECW people included in this game will most likely be

Sabu

Tommy Dreamer

Sandman

Balls Maloney???

Terry funk could appear as a legend but would not be listed like sabu, dreamer, etc.

You would most likely have to unlock him by winning hardcore championship/winning 5 hardcore matches/winning 5 extreme rules matches/etc.

The info and links Ben4214 and I have provided are very helpful and reading/viewing videos on this game will let you piece together most questions unanswered.

Also, its common sense if they have a great CAW mode in all their previous games, that it will be the same/better in this one.

The only questions unable to be assumed are how the new controls are used and the confirmed roster (see my other thread)

I already know the control scheme! I watched it in a video while the guy was explaining  how to do hard grapples and  regular grapples, while grappling  according to which direction you move the right thumb stick your wrestler will perform a different move!

i can't for this game it looks the ***!!!  i like the idea of the control system and the graphics look great. i love smacksdown games i've played them all for hours on end and they just keep getting better, i just love the littie details. the only really let down i can see game being is the roster but there will be enough gd wrestlers on there anyway and u can always make them if there not on there. i was looking forward to the tna game but *** that now. i hope the season is better then last year cos that kind of sucked abit so did the gm mode.

Yeah I have to agree with Tommy Legend.

The last game was pretty good. Season mode was most impressive especially with all the voice acting. Sure it didn't sync all the time, but I enjoyed playing it more than any other game.
