These words are not allowed at any forum being run by a company that I have seen (and I've seen a lot). They are offensive to a lot of people so I'm sure you can understand why they are not allowed since the company (MS in this case) feels it is their responsibility to provide a comfortable environment for everyone visiting these forums.

please thank sameer for this,

360INDIANS.COM EXCLUSIVE

If you thought that recent developments in Pakistan cricket have only created a stir in the ICC, think again. Even the virtual gaming world was put on hold because of the confusion over Shoaib Akhtar & Mohd Asif!

16 licensed international teams with official kits, 256 licensed international players with real player names and likenesses and 8 official licensed World Cup stadia. It is with this level of accuracy that Microsoft, in collaboration with game studio Codemasters, is launching their new game - Yuvraj Singh International Cricket 2007.

Mohit Anand:
"Each and every player playing in the World Cup from all sixteen countries will be in the game with their entire career profiles. There will be zoom, field combinations, weather combinations, commentary by David Gower etc. You can play online against each other, you can even play 2 players against each other. Its a beautiful game."

The game is a desi version of Brian Lara International Cricket 2007 and cashes in on Yuvi's popularity with the Indian youth. Its recognised by the ICC and even has a feature where you can be a coach and give tips to your team - right from the warm-up matches to group games to the super 8s and finals. YSIC 2007 captures the spectacle's magic in full detail!

At approximately Rs 1,700, you can own this game which hits the Indian markets on the 27th of this month. But will the steep price justify the product??? That depends on how big a cricket fan you are!!!!

Hi,

I read both in the Economic Times and Tech 2.0 that Yuvraj Singh International Cricket 2007 would be priced at Rs. 1699.

But when I went on Friday to book a piece from my dealer here he said it is at Rs. 2510.

Could we have a confirmation on the price please?

Thanks.

Surrendering is NOT an option.

exclusive was prolly not the right word to use....it should be more like "first on 360i".....besides, the launch event images in the thread are exclusive....none of the other sites (tech2, gameguru) had the price or the release date when i checked before posting it

the release date was more or less known, since it would coincide with the europe release (march 23)...the price was the real surprise

they mustnt have been informed of the price....2510 is the standard price for 360 games...just wait till the game is actually out

just a question mohit...will YSIC be compatible with BLIC and RPIC online since their all basically the same game?

Hi,

This is the Economic Times link:

http://economictimes.indiatimes.com/News/News_By_Industry/Media__Entertainment__Art/XBox_to_launch_Cricket_2007_on_Mar_27/articleshow/1713331.cms

This is the Tech2 Link:

http://www.tech2.com/india/news/xbox360-games/yuvraj-singh-game-for-xbox-360-in-marchend/4542/0

Well Economic Times is well known and Tech2 is a CNBC TV-18 Venture so their sources should be credible.

So was just wondering of the actual price.

No corners cut...in YSIC...and it will be fully compatible with the other 2 online. On the pricing...cannot disclose strategy due to obvious competitive reasons

Mohit dude your getting Def jam-ICON and NBA street which are both EA titles and you just got superman returns which is also an EA tittle.. Could you please give us the news of the game UEFA Champions League 07.. I dont understand why you are not bringing this tittle in considering the huge market for football games around the world and in india too im sure..Fifa 07 is pointless now because most of us have got it from abroad by now and the rosters and really outdated compared to what champions league is going to have..

Cheers again

VIC..

p.s- Dont try to avoid this question again ;)

Re: Games Portfolio for Xbox 360 India

In the Asia Pacific region these new Platinum Hits titles will be available. New pricing for these games will vary slightly by region:

“Dead or Alive 4” (TECMO)

“N3: Ninety-Nine Nights” (Microsoft Game Studios)

“Project Gotham Racing® 3” (Microsoft Game Studios)

“Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter” (Ubisoft)

Now if only they included Burnout Revenge, it would be cool. I wish more games are added to them as i dont think i will be buying any of the games above.

Halo 3 Legendary Edition Revealed
Microsoft has finally unveiled some images, demonstrating exactly what the $100 Legendary Edition of Halo 3 will look like on release - and it's rather impressive. Although it would have to be for $100, really.

This four-disc special-edition of Halo 3 comes complete with a replica MJOLNIR Mark VI helmet. At first we thought it would be life-size and that we'd be able to wear it round the house, but then we realised it was only 10" and, as such, probably wouldn't even fit a baby. Very disappointing.

nside the helmet is a stand to hold the game disc, a behind-the-scenes look at the making of Halo 3, a high resolution collection of all the cinematics from Halo 1 and 2 and a disc with machinima features based on the Halo universe. The Legendary Edition is set for release alongside the Collector's Edition and standard version when Halo 3 emerges later this year.

Mohit please also get this version of Halo 3 here
