''We will mail you a prepaid UPS shipping label that you can affix to
your own box. Please print the xbox shipping instructions and refer to

So MS will mail me a shipping label by mail or email?Because its been like a week and I have nothing in my email.
and what kind of box do I need to use?
It seems liked they used to send out boxes to people but don't anymore. Now you can either print the shipping label yourself or have them send you one. I printed the label myself and used an old laptop box from Dell to send it back in. It doesn't matter what you use, as long as the xbox is secure. Just keep in mind, whatever box you send them you will not get back.
okay thanks. How will I know if they sent me or not? I'm pretty sure i asked them but not sure now its been a week and I still haven't gotten the Label.
I would just print but I don't have printer. I really need new one.
I was told via Microsoft E-mail Support that you can call the MS Phone Support, and have your shipping option changed to "Expedited Shipping", which means they will send you a pre-paid box in the mail, and all you have to do is pack up your Xbox, then drop it off at a UPS store, for free.
I have not called yet, but this is what I am planning on doing, because I do not have any packaging to ship my 360 in and do not want to pay ~$30 to have UPS pack it up when Microsoft offers the service for free.
If you call, they should be able to change your shipping option for free. At least, that's what E-mail Support told me.
