Re: Admit it

And here I was thinking the slew of intelligent replies was coming to an end =]

I'm not one for caring/defending myself, but I must be frank...

I like cats. And, I've been using this gamerpic since I got my 360 (over a year nao), and it's not about to change anytime soon. As for this speak of anime, I can't say I'm really in to it. I've only watched (and actually kept up with) like, what, one series? ;)

And yes, I am a nerd. I wear all teh nerdy white shirts, and I program <3 Someone get a me a computer schematic so I can wank off to it.

*pets Mitsy*

Let's just hope people here take this thread a little more light-hearted. I mean, I'm certainly not taking this seriously. And Mitsy's hungry, so <3

Pretty cool game in my opinion, never really cared for vollyball but I started liking it a bit more as this game was released; it's pretty damn fun.
Sure it's mostly fanservice but what Japanese anime game or show isn't really?

It's just that, this isn't a real game, just mainly chicks frolicing on a beach.

This game is basically "swimsuit pokemon". I get addicted to "collecting them all". It is a challenge to get girls to accept certain suits, and I get pretty determined to make them! It's fun, relaxing, and a nice change of pace.

I'm not doing drugs, or driving drunk, nor cheating on my wife, or breaking any laws. I'm hanging out in the privacy of my own home playing a game that I graphically enjoy. So please respect others and let us "enjoy" our game without any bashing.

We all know that the person who starts these threads about this game being "wrong" or "you should be ashamed" doesn't reflect those same thoughts for themselves when they flick their bean.

xD That's an awesome way of putting it :P

Heck, I'm not bashing anyone here. If you like this game, for whatever various reason, then that's pimp. No problem what-so-ever. There's nothing "wrong", or anything to be "ashamed" about at all. Sorry if I gave that impression >_>

Meow. Nothing wrong dude, just playin'. Maybe you should read some of the other replies I made here >_>

Re: Admit it

Hmm, I must admit, though. Although I've never played any DOA game in my life (well, maybe a demo before getting bored), I'm pretty sure I have Tina as my gamerpic. It was pre-loaded on my HDD when I got my 360, and was the only decent one I liked.

And my desktop background is Tina dressed as a kitty. And I have a thing fer girls dressed as kitties... It could be a coincidence, or something else >_>

well yeah obviously! i actually havent played mine. the game itself is boring because achievements are sooo hard to get. and theres not much to do. if they make another installement, it better be more interactive.

Oh but dead threads are so much fun to revive.

Oddly, I pulled out my DoAX2 last night for the first time in weeks... need to work on Kasumi's VPs.  Only have about 24% of them.

This is a game that will forever stay in my collection because it is relaxing... and it has a certain charm.

This game offers what other games don't for me.  Just a relaxing easy to play experience.  Its not a great game, but the vollyball gameplay is quite solid and its fun to mess around the waverace mode every now and again too.  Also, I think the game has high production values.

I think the production is the same as DOA:XBV only they added the mini games. Not enough to justify the 60.00 price at launch. Now at 9.00 at gamestop, it is worth that imo.

lol, my girlfriend didn't want me to have the game either. I just happened to get it for free when my friend bought a new xbox and it came with it ( he already had the game ) so he gave it to me. She doesn't really mind it though.

Yeah the jigglies are nice and all, but im a fan of DOA and Team Ninja. Plus theres some what of good game hidden in there. I wish that Itagaki put more thought into the jet ski tracks. To bad Team Ninja is falling apart right now I would have loved to seen a DOA jet ski game !

Wow! This thread is still alive??? Good to see the classics have survived! ;p

As for me, I love DoAX2 and the only bad thing about it (in my opinion) are the negative opinions that tend to surround this game. It has an undeserved reputation with some whose minds are a lot dirtier than anything in this game could ever be!  I'm glad there are gamers out there who are enjoying DoAX2 in all of the ways it's meant to be enjoyed! =)

xD, classic? That is fallacy, sir.

I think when I made this thread, I was ready to face-desk [as in, fall asleep]. And I thought came across my mind: "I wonder how many people actually bought DoA2 for the game... not teh jiggly bubbies". This thread then spawned, then I fell asleep, and.. I swear, I don't even remember writing this =P

This thread, is, indeed, silly. And even this forum's sub-title admits it's about bubbies as well =O

*kriez*

Still... "classic"? =P

Heh, well it's classic to me, at least! One of the first threads I posted in, as a matter or fact!
I think this thread ended up showing some examples of all the different gamers who really play this game and it also lists the many reasons people enjoy it. . .  Aside from the bouncing, glorious boobages, of course! =p

p.s. I'm not a sir! =)

YES! hahahahaha well said man. Honestly, I bought it for the chicks. The only people who can say they dont have it in their possesion for that reason are the people who have no choice in the matter haha

I found this game at blockbuster in their clearance bin, it was $4.99, used obviously, but I would buy any 360 game for $5!!! It's an ok game (not great), just wish it didn't take years to get the achievements.

Haha yeah, I bought it off amazon under $10 (shipping included)... I figured why not... Cheap sexy entertainment and a challenge to get the achievements

AMEN!  It is certainly better than RRXX.

No, I think Rumble Roses XX is a much better game.  I was playing Rumble Roses XX the other day and the gameplay still holds up quite nicely.  Its best to play RRXX with others.

RRXX also has a higher metacritic score than DOAX2.  But I still do enjoy DOAX2 from time to time.
