I will answer any questions you have about this game. I can tell you that if you are an old school tenchu fan you will love this game. At least the style of it. When you first start to play you pick either male or female. You get credits to buy all the old weapons at the store (blowgun, shuriken, colored rice,caltrops,etc.etc) but you can also use these credits to buy new outfits for your ninja and skills such as new combo moves and the ability to cling to the ceiling, etc.

As with all the next-gen Japanese games, with maybe the exception of capcom offerings, the graphics are barely (read: if at all)  above that of any ps2 game. I can 100% guarantee that this forum will have at least 3 "OMG THIS GAME SUX" threads in the first week this game is out because of the graphics.

If on the other hand you loved PSX/PS2 Tenchu and wouldnt want to mess with a good thing anyway, then you will fall in love with this game.

I've noticed this too. Is it because the Japanese prefer thier games to look more cartoon/manga style rather than what western games/gamers prefer in that things look "realistic", just a theory of mine anyway!!

Well, that's not entirely true... Not in my opinion anyway. I mean, in Japan we focus mainly on what is more enjoyable. When a game is really fun, you can look past graphics. Graphics should be the last thing a development team should look at. Game play is of the utmost importance. I don't feel like it has anything to do with wanting it to be similar to manga.

Yeah,they both did movies.Hulk did Suburban Commando and some other stuff...Rock did Walking Tall and Doom.They did more movies than those,but that's all I can think of at the moment...
