per PsycheOutCyrus . Most suggest using the sniper rifle for this one. This achievment is quite difficult, but resist the urge to boost in a private match as others have done - Achievments are meant to be earned.\

When you get a kill with a pistol and smartlink is active, does it work towards both your pistol achievement and your smartlink achievement?   Or do weapon achievements need to be done without smartlink on?


i was wondering that 2 with the minigun also when u melee someone when u have not bullets does it count as a kill for that weeapon?

I would assume that in this case you are getting +1 to Pistol and +1 to Smartlink.

same would go for minigun. as far as melee'ing someone when your weapon is empty - i'm not sure if that counts towards the weapon achievment for whatever gun you happened to bash them with.

it would be very difficult to test =) these probably represent a low percentage of your kills with this weapon, so I wouldn't worry about it.

I would assume that in this case you are getting +1 to Pistol and +1 to Smartlink.

Well, I hope so, I'm going to start using the smartlink with the rifle and hopefully I get the achievement... I suck with the rifle, I really do... I get more kills in the first round with my pistol than I will with the rifle the whole game... heh...

But 1 thing, i was pissed of.
I had in a match 10 kills, 0 deaths.
We we needed to do 2 more rounds....but i got killed in one of those rounds (than i had 12 kills 1 death)
But i didn't get a achievement for it....kinda stupid?

Yes, right now the achievment is glitched, thus you cannot die after your streak. Keep in mind that second-life's don't count (i.e. only 'initial kills'). My only suggestion is to try and have your streak towards the end of the game so you can still be living at the end of it =) [ until the fix comes ]

Ok man, xenocidic hit me up if you playing Shadowrum.
I am always looking forward to play a nice match.

  When i got my unstoppable im pretty sure that I had gotten 11 kills then on like the last round i had died. And when the game was over i got my achievement. So i think it must have glitched or I didnt die but im pretty sure I did.

3 for the Price of 1 (25) Kill three enemies with one grenade.
Hint: use enhanced vision to look for tight groups of enemies.
Possible quirk: I'm pretty sure that when I unlocked this achievment, the grenade I threw only killed 2 people. The third had been ressed by one of those and bled out. can anyone else verify they got the achievement in this fashion?

 

Yes. If you kill 1 dude who has resurected another 2, you will get the achie, as well as 2 bleed outs for your Master Ninja achie.

I can also confirm that unstoppable carries over from round to round, and it also works if the server leaves the game and you start a new one.

First game I went 8-0, then the server left the game. It started a new game, and I went 6-0. That game ended and I got unstoppable.

It means you must win 10 rounds in a row i.e. Win 10 rounds without losing.

So you have to go 6 wins 0 losses in 1 game, and then the next game win at least 4 in a row before losing.

or any other combination of 10 rounds won in a row.

you mean the Vista version when not using Games for Windows Live! ( ? )

I think that was one of their value-propositions for getting the Games for windows LIVE! is the achievments.
