Thats 22 official players! There were several players that signed up originally last month but when I sent out the text message to everyone telling them to post a "good to go" to confirm their spot, they never replied with that requested post.
Here is how things are gonna work:
1) Round 1 must be played anywhere between Feb. 10-13. Round two must be played between Feb. 14-16. Round three must be played between Feb. 17-20. And finally, the final round must be played anywhere in between Feb. 21-23.
2) Groupings will be posted here on the forum. It will be up to each player in each group to get in touch with their opponents and set a tee time. If the servers are acting up and won't allow you to get a 4-player game connected, just pick an opponent, pair up, and go! Winner posts the scores here on the forum. Whoever signed up wizzolive and ste1959, since they don't have access to a PC, it'll be up to you bro to inform them of the details. I aint chasing anyone down.
3) If by the last day of a round someone in your grouping cannot be found (or even misses the agreed upon tee time set by the group), doesn't sign in, whatever... tough luck! Play without him. The tournament will move on without that gamer.
4) The top 16 will make the cut after two rounds. If there is a tie for the 16th position after 2 rounds, consider yourself having a 2nd life, you will move on to round 3.
5) The final round will be in pairs, just like real pro tour tournaments. Along with Smokin Soldier's prize to the winner of the championship flight, I will award a prize to the winner of the 1st flight and 2nd flight. Whats the prize? That'll be a surprise!
6) Have fun and good luck!
I will post first round groupings and course details in the next post....
Winning Isn't Everything, Its The Only Thing!
