I was thinking really hard about not letting on to this little idea of mine but I think this might help people like yourself a lot Scythe. This is in regards to the upcoming patch as well so it won't be available immediately and I really hope that people try not to abuse it and cause lag from the voip.
Once they initiate leader to leader chat all you have to do is make yourself a leader and you can chat to the leader of your friend's group. If they can they will probably shuffle things around to get you into their group or just chat with the leader and coordinate your own advance with them.
Now that my cat is out of the bag I hope this doesn't turn into everyone becoming a squad leader just so a whole team can chat. That would just lag us all anyways.
