 This might help. We here in the States we had to have our call transfered to their supervisor to get it raised to another level. They ( the supervisor) just wanted to confirm our registration number more then anything else I think. Maybe to make sure it was a premium. Our calls with the 25 number combination are coming from Austin Texas. So maybe you can tell your people at support all this information and they can came the calls to Texas for you. You never know.

Ok, so I called MS support on trying to get this game back.  At first the tech support guy (who was very friendly and helpful in the end) said to just go to the Live Marketplace and download the game.  I had to insist to him that it wasn't available in the marketplace, so he went to check on that.  He put me on hold for a couple of minutes and came back and said that he too couldn't find it in marketplace and then said unfortunately I would be unable to get this game back.  That's when I told him about what other people in these forums have been saying about having to ask someone from Texas call you back with a 25 digit code to be able to download it.  He said he would go look at the forums, and as soon as he saw this solution, he transferred me to Tier 2 support level.  In all, the call only lasted about 10 minutes, and I was very pleased with the support guy’s thoroughness with helping me out.  So my advice for anyone else calling in to get this game is the following.  Call the support line, and select the xbox live support option.  After you connect with someone, tell them to look at this forum located in the xbox live arcade topic section.  As soon as they read a few posts from this topic, the support person will realize they need to connect you with tier 2 support, and once you are with the second tier support, they will understand your issue immediately and will ask you to provide them with your console serial number and console ID number.  Both of which can be found in the System information part of the xbox dashboard.  I'm now just waiting for the call back that they promised me would arrive sometime before Wednesday.  One other thing maybe someone can answer for me.  I was told to write down a ticket number for my issue, and I'm not sure if I wrote it down right.  How many numbers should be in this ticket number?  I have 11 digits in mine, and just wondering if that's the same length as some of you other guys had?  Thanks, and I hope you all get this game back.

yeah dude , i agree with you, they should put hexic hd there so anyone who accidently deleted it can recover the game. If microsoft takes 3 months to give you a code to get hexic back, it just is not worth trying, because you can just get the game back from another hard drive that your friend might have

is it possible to link 2 360's together and just copy it across? i'm looking for alternative methods, as I don't think UK customer support seem to understand the problem, and im sick and tired of phoning and being fobbed off with the same old crap (no call back still.... lol).

other alternative i guess is to return the hardisk and get a new one like someone else mentioned.

Probably dude, i think it is unbelievable how microsoft just does not put the game in the Xbox Live Marketplace for everyone to access. Anyone who has a 360 and lost the game by mistake has the right to recover the game from microsoft no questions asked. Waiting 3 months to get the game back is crap, nobody should have to wait 3 months to get a game that everyone should have.

Unless it's different now, they never mentioned emailing me a code. Maybe you and others should call after a week of waiting. It seems as if people have been getting it quicker then that once the codes started getting released.

Still waiting for callback been almost a week... Called a few times to see what is going no no one has any answers besides wait by phone. Does anyone even check these forums?? Until then I will be waiting near my telephone....

I got a callback in 2 days.  Maybe it is because ESherf, that you are a vikings fan.

I don't understand why they can't supply the code by e-mail rather than by phone. What can they verify by phone that they can't verify by e-mail?

No, I haven't gotten my Hexic back either.

I agree its like rubbing salt into the wounds. They ask you for your email and say the supervisor will send a email to confirm and then phone back in two to three days does not make sense. Unless they are justify being in a job.

well suposidly the only way you'll get it back is by escalating your situation. that according to one of the launch team members.

when i called the rep i talked to had no clue, put me on hold for like ten minutes so he could "confirm with his supervisor, to see if this was possible". then like 20 mins later he gave me a 7 digit code and told me to call back when i got my 360 back from repairs and give them the #. did this happen to any1 else??

This thread establishes that one of the biggest mistakes in the 360 dashboard is the format option.

People use it as if it was a computer "clean istall will fix my crashing".

My friend when he got his used 360 called me and was like "I'll just format my hdd cause the other guys profile and saves are on there and I'll get rid of them" I was like heck no you'll lose hexic and any MS points and games he has downloaded. You can just delete the profiles and saves separately.

Well, there are two mistakes the format option and not having hexic as a download. But I guess they dont want core users with memcards to download it for some reason.

Got my call back today after 6 days of waiting.  Code worked, and back to playing Hexic HD.  Just have patience and you should get this game back.
