I live on the east coast of america so Time wise we get it first (legally) since midnight hits us first on the east coast.

Im pretty sure its not illegal for the OP to posess the game but i'm certain it is a breach of contract for Kmart to sell it. M$ will probably find the posters location and then find the kmart closest to that and then the person who sold the game or their maager will probably lose their job. Try finding a new job in this economy.

As soon as I read this i blasted over to a k-mart. ran over to the games and i saw a box of fable 2. I asked the manager that was standing their if I could get 1. he just got pissed and said NO. I asked Y. He just said an idiot put them out early and a few got it early.  Sooo close. If i didnt have work I would be playing it right now.
