Re: Treyarch's Zombie Mode Storyline : Theories and Discussion
I have some new theories that I need to be tested:

1. Since there are 4 characters, to really accomplish any sort of easter egg unlocking, you need all 4 players present.
2. We have a theory that if you use the DG-2 to shoot certain radios they could become active.
3. There is also a way to get two DG-2's from the box, one person has no ammo in theirs, and that allows someone else to get the DG-2 from the box. I wonder if all 4 characters can get the DG-2 by having everyone empty all their ammo.
- I have this idea that if everyone is capable of getting DG-2's and shoot radios in the huts at the same time, maybe something will happen (wild theory.... maybe)
4. There is defitely more to the radios than we think, maybe the 4 characters need to turn on the electricty shock fences and then hit their radios

-This is all based on the fact that they need to be powered, and in my opninion the DG-2 is a portable device that will allow things to be powered if they are shot.

*Again these are just theories with no real backbone, and I have yet to try any of them out*

I may have gone too far on this one lol

Just validating this... kind of. I do think you're on the right track with that factoid. One of the guys on Shi No Numa (the Russian, perhaps) says something about the Illuminati blessing him when he gets a certain gun. I can't remember which gun it was, but I've heard that several times.

Good work Carbon and crew. This is definitely interesting.

Hmm, I had always thought this was simply the power generator for the electric shock fences. However your idea sounds very intriguing.

Heres some more good information for you guys

The Dr. is part of the Illuminati if you didn't know that (they had something to do with zombie outbreak?)

You already talked about the Nikolai with the Red Menace so maybe each country has their special intentions?

There are two radios in the Doctors Quarters (near the perk/Inside the small room) when you activate both you can hear something

When Dempsey gets the Speed Cola he says "I love Bosenova" (unsure if thats correct)

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bosenova

well good luck with the findings

Do you know what is said on the radio transmission?

Bossa Nova is also a type of music, perhaps he is referring to the song that plays when you buy the perk.

I suppose anything is possible, however a lot of the things that have been said so far are irrelevant to the story line and are simply far fetched ideas and mere coincidences, in my opinion. There are definitely many more easter eggs and hints in Shi No Numa, and we have yet to uncover them all at this point in time. Frankly a lot of the things that I have suggested and others have said are simply wrong lol, however a lot of them are right and on track to uncovering the story line. This has been confirmed to me Wink [;)]

If I am not mistaken, the poster you are referring to is on the right side of the wall at the exit of the main building into the Doctors Quarters. I do not have the exact wording of the poster, but it explains about the arm being attached to the torso and can be removed easily, or something like that, I am not 100% on the exact words as I have never thought of it more than just a poster. My reasoning for that is primarily based on the principle that in Shi No Numa, it is very simple to shoot off a zombie's arm and have them still walking, and it is merely a reference to that. However it could quite possibly hold some meaning as to the missing arm on the hanging character, I do not know.

I'm at work so don't have the chance to read everyhing in this thread, will do so however when I have the time this weekend, because frankly, I just love this!
All these writings, posters, radio's, etc. can't be just a coincidence... I agree that some thing are a bit far-fetched, but the majority of this will lead to a story of some sort, I'm sure of it!

Keep up the nice work... I'm going to try and decipher all of this (native Flemish speaker here, so I have to keep my head with the read) and will investigate myself all of these screenshots.

Really, respect! This is great! (if some don't like it, why are they in this thread anyway?)

Actually, you're the one that needs to "grow up," given you are only posting in this thread to mock and laugh at someone - that displays immaturity, so your statement is hypocritical at best.  I give carbonfibah props for not firing back, it's always the person with solid character that takes the high road.

In addition, if you're "not making fun" of him, then why would you create
this thread - which shows in fact you are?  So again, you're the one that needs to "grow up," and now in fact looks "stupid."

Moving onto "pretentious," what the hell is pretentious about this thread?  He's engaging in a respectful discussion that has involved Community members in a positive way on this forum.  To such an extent that it was stickied here, on the Aggregame Forums, and has been copied numerous times on the COD HQ.

In addition, this thread (& its predecessor) have been such a positive contribution to the forums that many others have taken notice.  Here are email excerpts by people who reached out to me from Tryearch Studios & Activision to comment on this:

"Anyways, the write up was awesome.  I passed it around the studio and people were very excited to see such community spirit."

"That’s sweet! Loving the response so far."

"Hey Jeremy, you see the thread by carbon, which guy was he at the studio?  The writeup is great."

The last quote brings me to another point, obviously carbonfibah has had such a positive effect on the Community that not only has he been invited to the Studio for an exclusive event, but those who work there respect him.  How having the Developers & Producers of this title showing respect for carbonfibah because of this thread results in terms such as, "pretentious," & "stupid," is quite beyond my comprehension.

So, in reality it is you Karmaworks that is exhibiting the behavior & negative characteristics cited in your posts, not him.  Why not do everyone a favor and stop being a douche, leave this thread, leave this forum if you want, and troll elsewhere?  Your posts in this thread have no value and do nothing more than negatively reflect your own character & behavior.

And Oh... "I'm not making fun of you."

Regards,

x CHEFS x

I didn't want a huge wall of text so I edited out the quote. This is how forums should be.  Useful information/posts.  Not just name-calling, trolling, complaining.  To me, CHEFS and Carbon (along with a few others) have gained a lot of respect around here because of how they act on these forums.  This is also the reason why they were invited to Treyarch (yes, I'm jealous!).  I applaude the few "stand-up" members who actually contribute and will see you on the other forums (AG, CODHQ).

I don't mean to butt in, but hopefully since this is a zombie theories and discussion thread someone will know the answer to this.

In the communications hut when you activate the black phone three times, what does the voice says? "I know where you sleep?"

I could not always hear it clearly, thanks.
