HI! GREAT acheivement guide... I ran into one problem tho and I don't know if you want to make note of it or amend your guide to help others but just felt you should Know. I spent days trying to get the Brightwood door to opn following the instruction in the guide to no avail... I had opened all others I had thought but Here is what the problem was... I guess I neded to do the bower lake demon door first and I hadn't and thought I did I have not read in any guide that any doors had to be done prior to this door. Once I did that he asked me about the cheese and then asked me for the cheese bearer's outfir which we all know and read and the dreads and chops.... I had lost my dreads didn't know thy go away if you choose another hairstyle so I went back to buy them again came back to the door and he told me since I am a girl that I needed the follwoing; Mullet, Handlebar (mustache), Noble trousers, Corset (all found in bowerstone) and the bandit bandana (crucibal Lobby).. finally he opened NOTE: My hero was a female hero so the requirements apparently are different for female hero's and for the Bower Lake Demon door I needed the worship item and found it by purchasing the Bookstore in Bowerstone going upstairs first shelf on the right had book of worship

Is that really how you unlock that one. I got it as soon as the DLC downloaded and I never knew how it happened.

Work with someone and have them use the Slow Time spell.  Save often and be sure that you try not to use the multipliers and save when the number ends in a 5.  It is a pain in the you know what.  I had to restart and reinvite my friend so many times.  Try to remember which guys are worth what points to help.  I think my last save was 60 short so all I had to do was hit the bandits with the antler things on their heads.  They are worth 30.  Other than that, I don't recall what is worth what.

Hello all. With the "The Colourist" achievement still bothering people, I thought I'd see what I can do to help. So I fired up my game and did a little research. These are the point values of all the enemies in the Colosseum. A quick disclaimer though: in the heat of battle it can be a little bit tricky to kill a particular foe and note its points. I'm pretty certain I'm correct but this isn't gospel. If I'm wrong tell me...but be nice about it. :)

Red Beetle: 2pts
Blue Beetle: 3pts
White Beetle: 5pts
Yellow Beetle: 5pts
Points After Killing All Beetles (without Chickens or Multipliers): 125pts

Standard Highwayman: 90pts
Tougher Highwayman: 100pts
Points After Killing All Highwaymen (without Chickens or Multipliers): 595pts

Chicken: 100pts

Standard Hobbe: 5pts
Blunderbuss Hobbe: 7pts
Stilts Hobbe: 10pts (20pts if killed after being knocked off stilts)
Red Hobbe: 15pts
Exploding Hobbe: 0pts
Resurrected Hobbe: 0pts
Wizard Hobbe: 25pts

White Balverine: 110pts
Red Balverine: 120pts
Big White Balverine: 150pts

Bandit: 23pts
Bandit Chief: 30pts

Banshee Children: 0pts
Banshee: 500pts

Hollow Man: 35pts
Headless Hollow Man: 40pts
Elder Hollow Man: 70pts

Spire Guard: 55pts
Spire Commandant: 85pts

Necromancer: 320pts

Enemies Killed By Friendly Fire: 0pts

Enjoy!

some1 posted this a while back and i saved it.

"for the See the Future DLC, i found this little guide on the lionhead forum:

1. All Beetles
2. Flit switch
3. All Highwaymen (1065)
4. 2 small melee Hobbes (1085)
5. 3 big red melee Hobbes / wizard Hobbes
6. 1 small melee Hobbe
7. Repeat 5 and 6 until 1385
8. 1 light-skinned Balverine (1605)
9. 2 big red melee Hobbes / wizard Hobbes
10. 2 small melee Hobbes / wizard Hobbes (1685)
11. Flit switch
12. Chicken (1985)

it really helped. 1985 actually isn't all that hard if you take your time and choose
your targets. but most importantly while using this guide do NOT hit the short hobbe
with the gun. the others are always worth points of ten. the small gun hobbe is an odd
number and will mess up your score. save when you hit the certain point markers. reload
if you mess up the score. anyway i can confirm this guide works. it's how i got the
achievement."

sometimes you have to kill the 2 big/small hobbes in order to get the first balverine to spawn.  you still get the same score just have to switch the order.

There are folks that will have s3x multiple times and not have to wait.  I have found them everywhere.  Look for promiscuous and unchaste.  Those folks like to get it on.

Re: See the future achievement guide compilation
Thanks for all your hard work.

This may be a fluke, but after I completed the Colosseum, I made the 20K points.(I had 9x multipliers...)

It then asks if you want to go another round or walk out.

I saw something that I recalled from a post in that I lit the candles at doorway with the fire spell.
Then the door opened and there was a King teddy bear.
Then I went over to some podium and there was that Captain bear.
Then I went over to the telescope and looked up, to see a bear on top of one of the statues (Gargoyle).
Shot it and got the third (wizard) bear. Then I was rewarded the strawberry blonde dye. Then realized I was missing two dyes (Balverine and Night Blue...got them and then got the Colorist achievement!)

Re: See the future achievement guide compilation

Hi everyone:

I'm 2 achievements from finishing the game but I'll be damned if I can't find the "jaunty jaundice dye"...I've looked hi & low in the snow globe and cursed skull...any ideas? and the second achievement is the "combatant" where you have to beat the necromancer in the coloseum...time usually runs out even though I slow time.  I think I need a co-op partner for this one...if anyone is interested in helping, I'll be online Monday night between 7&9 pm eastern, just message me online if you want to help.

I'd appreciate any & all advice or help.

thanks

sorry if this is the wrong place to post btw

cheers.

The jaunty juandice dye is in the well in the cursed snowglobe. It's in the area with the Knights Errant.

I'm happy to help you out with the Combatant if you still need it.  Co-op can be a nightmare though..

Re: See the future achievement guide compilation
I'm hoping someone can give me some tips or help me out. I haven't had any problems beating the necromancer in the Collesium, yet, for some odd reason I can't hit exactly 1985. Don't have any problems hitting 1990 though. The other one I am short is the 10 Multiplier, and I haven't figured out why I am short that one (I have no problems hitting 9 LOL). Any tips or help would be cool. Thanks.
the question isn't how far. the question is do you possess the constitution, the depth of faith, to go as far as needed.

There's a handy guide to getting 1985 in the signature at the bottom of this very post. Smile [:)]
Getting the multiplier up to 10 is normally straight-forward. It's worth using Time Control to wade through the hordes of enemies quickly. I think the multipliers are connected to how many bad guys you kill, or something similiar.
If you still have problems, I'm more than happy to give you a hand Big Smile [:D]

Very much appreciated. I thought I was glitched so I restarted. You can't get access to that til you complete the game (just now recruiting Reaver). I don't typically play on the weekend, but if I have any problems I'll gladly accept any help. Thanks again.

If you're still up for giving me a hand, I would appreciate it (or if someone else would that would work too). I am about driving myself nuts here on this one achievement. I clearly must be doing something wrong to have no problems hitting 9, and never have the last one pop.
