Time takes time caddy, maybe after some healing gets done and we show them by example, not typed words, they will understand. But for now they don't have to accept our appoligy's. We did our best. All we can do now is have fun in some games. If they want to join they will, If not, so be it.

I did however not realize that people were not getting the same giggles as we were from all of this. I guess we should of taken a different approach to the whole thing.

I would like to also wish to invite anyone who wants to join or invite me to a game. I assure you there would be no trash talking or putting down of anyone, just plain fun golf. Thats all any of us are looking for. Right?

Honestly, the forums and servers are plenty big enough for all of us to exist. (Occasionally without crashing.) And unless they start handing out community user levels in the negative numbers, it would do us all good to play a little nicer.

I for one would enjoy the opportunity to play a guy like Hogowner, and I still have unfinished business with Gunz.  Hopefully after a bit of time has passed, tempers will have dissipated and this whole episode will be nothing more than something to laugh at.  The more people to play with, the better.  The chaps from England (Siberian and Soggy) have always intrigued me, from what I've read they approach the game with the same mindset I do.  If I'm going to have my a$$ handed to me, I'd prefer it be done by guys who play glitch free and don't resort to waggling or pin banging of any sort.

Of course, if you don't want to play me, I understand.  No big deal.  I won't barge into your games unless invited.  I would like to extend an invitation to anyone who would like to see what I am like for themselves ... if you see my game setup come on in.  You may find yourself laughing instead of being angry. 

Whether you want to play me or not, I just hope we can keep this forum civil and get back to the spirit of the game.

i might have played with you fellas if i knew you wouldn't disconnect while losing and you can't say you won;t because i have seen everyones dnf's and i have had your "cronies" or "buddies" disconnect due to losing so i think the lets all be friends is not going to happen. the only person i seen that will play wether they win or lose is topher so i won't include him in with the rest

Im glad you showed up today. I just wanted to say I am sorry for my actions on this forum. I didnt realize the effect it was having on some people and wanted to tell you that it won't happen again.

As for all the DNF's, EA servers are to blame for all but one of my DNF's. And the one time was my brother who didnt know that stuff went aginst your profile. I maxed my player out the same day Fight Night came out, and from what I have gathered, release dates for any EA game means you can get disconnected alot.

Anytime you or anyone you know want to step out of your comfort zones and have a good round of golf, I'm game. Just like Caddy said, you might find yourselfs laughing at us insted of being so angry.

Well I sent you a message on live as well hog, hoping you would prefer to judge a person for yourself rather than hearsay.

If you'd rather not play, that's OK - I'm not going to lose any sleep.  With as much as I drink, I pass out fine every night, I assure you.

However, I would just like to point out that you don't get the massive amount of losses that I have without finishing games.  My DNF is high due to my own stubbornness - trying to play through the disconnects a few months ago.

Maybe one day you'll change your mind.  If not, hit em straight anyway.

Just for the record, the sparring that was going on had no effect on me what so ever.  I thought it was hysterical.  It was my son, who was hurt by it due to limitations with individuals who he really enjoyed gaming with.

I think it is one thing to jest and slam one another as adults, but when it gets to a level of clear and blantant disrespect, that is another thing altogether.  Clearly guys, it is a fine line.  This thing went overboard when minors were thrown into the mix.

did you try reversing the polarity of your deflector lense?  I would give that a shot, as well as defragging the modulator.  Just make sure you have your anti-static stabilizing suit on when you try this.

If none of this works, I would do as Hog suggests and buy a new one and return it later.  Get a memory card too so you can port your golfer over, we need to finish the damn tournament.

Could he not just pick up a core system and then attach the hard drive to save his games?  Or is it somehow integrated?

The Toph is very grateful for the outpouring of suggestions from the gaming community.  I know I am missed by many.

 

But fear not.  The empty box from Microsoft arrived today; just 2 day after calling Xbox with the problem I might add (kudos Billy).  My old 360 is currently on its way back to head office in Toronto.  They will ship out a brand new unit as soon as they get it.  Hopefully I will be up and gaming by next week.  Good thing to, I think all this sunlight and exercise is starting to affect me.
