got my accident achievement somehow, but that's not what i wanted.

Head around the back of the villa, SEDATE the guard, grab his uniform, drag his body in the bushes. Climb up the truck and then onto the roof, drop into the hole, head left and through the door with the 2 guards and then left. After he has a sip of wine at the desk behind the barrels, he will come around, in front of you and head through the door, before he fully heads through the door, sneak up to him (almost walking fast, not really sneaking) and poison him with the syringe, dropping his body in the bin behind you. Head back outside, back to the area with the first guard, head down to the end, through the bushes and down the hillside path. The first guard you see doesn't care about you, he ALWAYS is there motionless and having a smoke. Head past him to the left, wait till the far guard is standing still and by the barrels, not the crates (you'll understand) and sneak behind and SEDATE him, dragging his body behind you as far behind the crate as possible. Then simply run along the path you snuck up to him on and escape on the plane (the sleeping guard always sleeps, just don't run into him).

I dont have the last three missions and i cant find out how to get them (house of cards,etc.)

Do I just have to Snipe the FBI agents, not miss and not be seen?

I tried this yesterday, I killed the target stealthfuly, and knocked out his wife and hid her body with out anyone seeing. I then stealthfuly killed all the FBI. Majority where by Fibrewire, and no one saw me. Yet I didn't get the achivement and no civilians were harmed.

I tried this yesterday, I killed the target stealthfuly, and knocked out his wife and hid her body with out anyone seeing. I then stealthfuly killed all the FBI. Majority where by Fibrewire, and no one saw me. Yet I didn't get the achivement and no civilians were harmed.

Once people stop coming by the pool, you have to go down the ladder and shoot everyone else. DO NOT MISS.

I don't know if this way is easier than the one the OP wrote, I did not read his way. However, this worked for me.

You have to use nothing but the sniper rifle. Go to the tree house and start sniping people. They will not come up the ladder, so just kill everyone that runs by the pool. You cannot miss or it will not give you the achievement.

Once people stop coming by the pool, you have to go down the ladder and shoot everyone else. DO NOT MISS.

Thank you, I'll try that latter when I finish the $5,000,000 achievement, which is a pain tbh!

I realised that last time I did something wrong because the FBI cars never came.
