No, October and November do both have Halo 3 covers but they are different. Here is a hint how to tell the difference: They print the month on the cover! (and actually on the side too).

I think that for the FAQ icon, you need to have made several FAQs for several different games/forum areas.  I'm not absolutely sure, though, but I've made a DiRT Tuning FAQ guide, and didn't get an FAQ icon.

i have seen people say at the beggining that they are doing their first faq, and still get it. the mod who does though in most cases is an mvp or well known mod. guess it has to be in the right place at the right time and seen by the right person. what can you expect? dan can't even get his P for press. well, it doesnt do anything to change our little corner of the forums in the end.
