Halo 3 Legendary Edition Revealed
Microsoft has finally unveiled some images, demonstrating exactly what the $100 Legendary Edition of Halo 3 will look like on release - and it's rather impressive. Although it would have to be for $100, really.

This four-disc special-edition of Halo 3 comes complete with a replica MJOLNIR Mark VI helmet. At first we thought it would be life-size and that we'd be able to wear it round the house, but then we realised it was only 10" and, as such, probably wouldn't even fit a baby. Very disappointing.

nside the helmet is a stand to hold the game disc, a behind-the-scenes look at the making of Halo 3, a high resolution collection of all the cinematics from Halo 1 and 2 and a disc with machinima features based on the Halo universe. The Legendary Edition is set for release alongside the Collector's Edition and standard version when Halo 3 emerges later this year.

Mohit please also get this version of Halo 3 here

The Halo 3 Legendary Edition Revealed sounds awesome!!!

We need it!

$100 is a bit too much for India. Perhaps Rs. 3500 in extrenely limited quantities???

Mohit still no answer on UEFA champions league 2007 from EA.. If your not getting it atleast be straight up and say no..Its a pity if its not coming though, played the demo and it is so much better than Fifa 07.. It fixes all the bugs and glitches fifa had and is a much smoother game of football..

Re: Games Portfolio for Xbox 360 India

Its all good mohit..Please can you give us a release date so we dont buy it from dealers in bombay who would charge us rs 3000 for it because they get it from outstation for us..If you gave a proper release date it would avoid many of us buying it from outside dealers or websites which would end up costing alot more..Thanks so much for getting this game!!

CHeers mohit ,

vic

p.s- It would be awesomee if you got it the same time it is released in the UK and USA which is on the 20th of march.. ;)

Re: Games Portfolio for Xbox 360 India

please dude no one wants a precious indian release to be wasted on champions league...either release fifa 07 or hold off till fifa 08 (since nobody in india cares about the PES series)...champions league is just a lame attempt by EA to pass of a repackaged version of fifa 07 as a new game (that too without national teams, now what good is that)

there are better games to release....nba street homecourt, virtua tennis 3, virtua fighter 5, graw2, def jam icon....i'm as big a football fan u'll find but all these deserve a release ahead of champions league

Re: Games Portfolio for Xbox 360 India

Dude its pointless getting Fifa 07 now because the rosters are outdated and the game is FULL of GLITCHES..I played the champions league game and it is very similar to fifa 07, with all the bugs and glitches fixed.. and to make up for the national teams champions league has extra clubs like Porto, celtic, ajax, CSKA Moscow, PSV and many more champions league-playing clubs.. The game is playing amazingly compared to fifa 07 and would sell alot considering the champions league is also going on in the real football calendar.. Mohit give us a release date if u can so we dont buy it from outside websites which would cost us alot more..Thanks..

Vic

p.s- Game likes graw2,virtua fighter 5 and virtua tennis are all third party games which never come anyways so mohit bring on the EA and microsoft tittles on par with the releases abroad..Cheers

hi mohit, i'm from ahmedabad. redington doesn't seem to willing to release new titles in a'bad. from the time of GOW it has released only 3 titles. GOW itself was released 8 late compared to indian launch. after GOW they launched only COD3 and DOA X2. i'm still waiting for crackdown. the people responsible to bring games in the city are A.P.Marketing. 10 days ago, they said crackdown along with 4-6 other titles will arrive in 2 days. now today they say the same story of 2 days. so please sort out this problem. i had to buy 4 titles online because redington and a.p.marketing guys are not interested in releasing games in ahmedabad.

You Can contact Mr Abhijit Yardi who is working with Redington India and is responsible for the west region particularly Ahmadabad, Gujarat. Pm me for his email id as i dont want to post it over here.

On The Off-Topic,

I have some news which is a bit kinda unconfirmed and might not surprise many if they have been following the console wars closely. According to a birdie ;) , Multiplayer might be made free for Xbox Live Silver members too.

Question - When ??

Answer - Just wait for the upcoming Spring Update 2007 [Lots of surprises ;) ]

Question - Is it confirmed or True or just a speculation ?

Answer - Nothing is confirmed within Redmond, anything and everything can change but as of now..this might be coming soon as they want to compete with Sony PS3's Home crap

Question - What if its not true ? Can we kill you ?

Answer - No! You cant lol, i am merely passing an information which came from my own sources. As usual Microsoft doesnot comment about Speculations/Rumours etc

Question - What if its not true ?

Answer - Who cares ? lol , just enjoy xbox live which might be coming soon Stick out tongue [:P]

Coming Back to the Topic,

I am excited about a few upcoming games like Forza Motorsport 2, Blue Dragon, Bio-shock. I might pick up Yuvraj Singh's game just for the kicks too

Re: Games Portfolio for Xbox 360 India

I would just like to say, Lots of hardwork is needed towards YSIC. There is nothing nex gen about this game and the way the graphics look, i am sure this game can run on any PC without any hiccups. If you guys are trying to sell Xbox360 through this game, i will just say that this doesnt really show the true potential of xbox360 nor does it take any advantage of the console's hardware in any spectacular manner compared to xbox or PS2. I just feel that the amount of money Microsoft has spent on advertising this game, i wish they could come up with better ad campaign for the console itself showing the nex-gen and xbox live features. Just my little feedback on the game.

On the positive side, the game is quite easy to play and i am sure that any seven year old can master this game which is good. Loading time is quite less which is good. I wish there were more achievements. By the way the grass part looks really nice on an HDTV.

Re: Games Portfolio for Xbox 360 India

Prince,

those are all valid points, but this game was completely developed by codemasters...its just another version of BLIC/RPIC...i doubt MS had too many creative inputs on the graphics or presentation...having said that, the graphics are unimpressive to say the least and gameplay-wise there isnt much different from last year's edition....but its still the best cricket game around (which isn't really saying much, is it?)....i'm very disappointed not to have a plyer edit option this year (that was prolly the biggest demand from BLIC/RPIC fans)....i dont want my ace batsman to be named Tendakli
