I posted over on the other thread so should post in here too. Over the past 2 months I have purchased and returned, from 3 different stores, 11 of these headsets and still do not have one. The last 6 were all from the same store, I stood in the store and bought one, opened it, tested it on their xbox and then exchanged it 5 times before they gave me my $$ back and asked me to leave. microsoft just seem to be pretending there is no problem, the xbox live people made it sound like I was the only person having the issue, telling me it was the xbox USB ports were broken, funny how they charge the controllers without a problem.

Yea mine just stoped working after a year and a half of good use. It just stoped. MS are just F***ing us over like they did with the red ring of death.

i have bought two off of newegg.com both i recived refused to charge at all i can't use the wireless headset at all

i have no idea what to do anymore i can send it back and pay shipping again after printing the RMA but this is an

outrage how many times do i have to do that untill i get a working wireless headset

I cant get mine to sync correctly with my new controller...whenever the controller is on, the headest skips over the first quadrant and goes directly to the 2nd

your new controller is faulty. it is telling the 360 that a wired headset is already paired with that controller. call support to get it exchanged or just trade with a friend that doesnt have a wireless headset.
