I was expecting a great game seein how it has been delayed for so long.  For starters it has a horrible create a player option.  Sometimes the sounds dont work properly.  I give this game a 5/10

I have played the game for 3hrs now and I wanted to add some info.  The game does have a plus side.  When you start a tourney you play in the main lobby with everyone else.  You then have to make it to the final table which kind of looks like the way it does on TV.  Now players wont bid on their hands.  Sometimes they will have 2 pair and will check it all the way to the river.  The cpu never bets right.  Now when you get to the final 4 players it gets extremely realistic.  Blinds shoot up to 400/800 and the cpu will go all in on their good hands before the flop.  Game gets really tough.  This game has potential but wont be great without updates.

Have to agree with Lethal. Gameplay is soooooo slow. Maybe i'm just to used to online real money play at 70 hands an hour. Computer players hardly ever bet their hands and will happily check-call to river with a set. The women with southern accents all sound like mickey mouse. Was expecting a better game. Haven't seen any real variety to computer player styles (Loose Aggressive, Loose Passive, Tight Aggressive etc) It's like playing one hand where another person plays all the other hands and just talks in a different voice, lol.

Another problem with this crappy game is the fact that you can almost never beat the cpu when they go all in.  You can have A,K and they will have J,9 and they always catch their cards.  And pockets are delt quite often.  Mostly pocket aces and kings.

I just got this game today. I only played for an hour or so before work but I didn't have any problems beating the CPU accually it was kind of easy. I want to try it online and in some online tourneys before I pass judgment on it.

 

It's definately not Halo with cards like they advertise LOL. But it's also not a bad game either.

I bought the game as an impulse buy (which is a better name for Best Buy...for me), but have yet to break open the shrinkwrap, because many people at gamefaqs.com are claiming that Stacked shipped for the Xbox with a game-crashing 'Dirty Disc Error' bug.  It apparently occurs right after you complete at least certain multi-table tournaments.  Anyone else experience this?  The likelihood is that the game shipped early and unthoroughly tested, which should not be rewarded with high sales, as it probably won't be patched, either.

It better be patched and will be because you can't save your money.Why play it if you can't save anything.

yep., I've had the dod error three times. Came in first in three tourneys, and the dod error wouldn't even let me save my damn game. Played a tourney for over three hours and won, but couldn't save it. They better have a patch on Xbox Live...

reading these posts im glad i got it for the PC instead of the xbox.. whew..... The PC version is 95% stable , i have not had any money saving problems the only issuse i had was a few server errors in the past week, nothing major and only happens once in a blue moon. other then that its fine , no problems.

I bought 2 copies of this stupid game(one for me and one for the wife).  After about 8 hours of attempting to play this piece of crap it my copy ended up in 4 pieces and in the trash.  STAY FAR AWAY from this game unless some major patches are released for it.  Even then I probably will not play.  I am looking forward to WSP Tournament of Champions for the 360.

Give it time and this game will shine...provided they fix the issues.  My two major gripes are the inability to save my bank and the audio problems when entering a room. With the save issue, I'm mainly playing for the stats. So, I know the money will come.  However the audio issue just blows.  The main reason I play poker on the Xbox is to socialize while playing some poker.  Nothing sucks more than being in a tourney for over 2 hours with nobody to BS with.

The disc read error seems to happen only when you place first.  You can still save before it freezes if you quickly exit the game and it will ask you if you want to save.  Save before it freezes up and your good.  It sucks real bad that this is even an issue.  The VIP invitational was the hardest tourney for me to win.  I kept getting screwed on the final table.  Game pisses me off but is still very addicting.

Live, don't exist

I am very disapointed in this game. After being pushed back and patched it still is full of bugs. Here are a few of the probs I have had.
1- Had 105k entered a sit and go cash game 2k start money lost the 2k then poof the 105k was gone.
2- Get stuck between loading screens often loosing the whole bank roll.
3- Many sync and irrecovarable errors.
4- Randomly booted from game.
5- Signed up and waited for a big Master mtt this eve won the second hand then the tables ballenced then nothing.A blank screen, money gone, time wasted.
6- Friends list is clunky and voice chat is more miss then hit.
7- Lying to me saying that the problem is that I have a poor conection witch is untrue I have good cable broadband and am not having conection problems with other xbox live games.
 The concept for this game is great the execution is horrible. More often then not just as I start to have fun some glitch comes along and I get the urge to frizbee the disk off the balcony.
I think the poker pros and mtv should be embarassed to be associated with this game. After all the hype I feel a bit cheated by 5k inc., myelin,Gamebryo, MTV Games and anyone else who participated in releasing this game in this condition. I wonder how much gamestop will give me for this lemmon?

Now let me explain something to everyone here.  I actually play poker in live games.  Playing this game drastically helped my live game.  I don't know if my disc is different from the rest fo yours or not.  I do experience the errors, but like it's been said, save quickly.  The CPU is amazing when compared to WPT, WSOP, Bicycle Casino, and WCP.  So stop complaining about the gameplay errors and adapt to them.  It makes the gaming experience great and may just help your live game.

Yeah.  The 1st player mode will help if you're an amateur or into Snorefests.  That's about it.  It's sad they didn't do the proper testing to ensure the online community would be satisfied.  So stop complaining?  Nah.  I paid my $30, I'm entitled as are all the other players who are simply asking for an unflawed game.  Not too much to ask.  Let me save my money.  Let me not get knocked out of a Master T with some crazy err.  Fix the Audio so I can talk to people and vice versa.  Simple really. 

I can't speak for anyone else when I say I'll be taking a good long look at any other titles released by 5000 ft, INC, Myelin Media LLC, or Daniel in the future.  Sad.

I can't speak for online play, but regular XBox single-player is a good gaming experience.  has anyone actually played another poker game like WPT or WCP?  In WPT you can win the first six pots by raising before the flop b/c no one will call.  On WCP, you can play every pot and win the tournament.  None of those happen on Stacked.  The only comparable game is WSOP, but Stacked edges it as well.  I will still support Daniel and this company if they put out more games that look interesting.
