Have been reading through this forum this morning and have not laughed so much in ages. I'm 35 and have only recently bought the new 360. Have just finished FEAR and LOVED IT. Am yet to get myself organised with XBOX Live.
Bit of background: first gaming system, cannot remeber the name of the system, but the game it played was the classic "Pong" tennis. Dad and I played it for hours at a time. Owned an Atari for a few years, lost interest in the home gaming and basically spent a lot of money at the arcades. Anyone remember Dragon's Lair or Space Ace? Finally got back into it with the NES, SuperNes, Nes64 and then into XBox. Basically, not very good at any game I play, but I enjoy it. Favourite on XBox is Halo and have had a few Halo sessions at mate's place with 12 of us networked. We were supposed to get on the turps, even organised for wife to pick me up but we all forgot to drink.
In case Troppo is reading, man that was funny, I do have a life, a job, a wife and a little girl, this is called a hobby, I assume that we are allowed to have one of these things at our age.
Also, while we are talking TV shows, does anybody remember a show with a boy that goes to some island and has a talking flute. There was a character called Witchipoo or something, can never remeber the name of it.
Nobodies talked music yet, or don't we go there? Funniest (and scariest) line I heard from a song that was released about a year or so ago was "When did Motley Crue become classic rock".
Anyway, gotta go, daughter has swimming lessons.
