No, I think Rumble Roses XX is a much better game.  I was playing Rumble Roses XX the other day and the gameplay still holds up quite nicely.  Its best to play RRXX with others.

RRXX also has a higher metacritic score than DOAX2.  But I still do enjoy DOAX2 from time to time.

Agreed. I too play both, but I play RRXX more often. I enjoy playing DOAX2, don't get me wrong, but a lack of Retry Options for some of the games and no HDD install kinda of blunts some of it's appeal.  I'd like to see  DOAX3 with the Roses in a crossover.

I agree with everything   except for the Rumble Roses part. Sorry but they look stiff and the fight like mindless apes.

i'll admit it itagaki makes games with sexy virtual women...i like women so the virtual ones are also hot to me. however i do wish this game had alot more game in it. the picture taking and overall sexiness is great.. the non sign-out glitch parts...aren't

It's so funny to see this thread keep coming up time and time again, I feel so nostalgic about it, really...

Gamers get flak for playing this game because the people who have issues with this (and many other games of a similar standard) obviously have far dirtier minds than the people who actually play DoAX2. . .  ;)

I got it in a large bundle I bought off ebay over a year ago.  I tried it because I was interested in the volleyball.  But I soon learned the control is really bad.  But on a side note, the jiggly aspect seems messed up as well.  In all my days on the beach and playing vball (in real life), etc, I've never seen them move like that.  It's ridiculous, and almost like some weird alien mutant thing.  It's like each one is alive and wanting to get away from her.
