15) One Man Army- I found that if you have unlocked the 3rd island yet it is extremely easy to obtain this achievment. Take a helicopter from Helitours and fly over the 3rd island which gets you 6 stars instantly. Just continue to fly around without crashing or getting shot down by a police helicopter and its over before you know it.

You'll find that the bridges run vertically and they are lined up horizontally, its the one furthest to the left/West...

Hey i got a quick question. I'm going for the Keys to the City achievement, but when I came across Pathos, one of the random pedestrians, he died in the mission I tried to help him with... Now is it impossible for me to get the 100%?

As far as I am aware, it is not possible to ruin your chance at 100%  To be safe though I would reload (if you can) otherwise, I would not progress until you can confirm he is dead, or it does not count.

As far as I am aware, it is not possible to ruin your chance at 100%  To be safe though I would reload (if you can) otherwise, I would not progress until you can confirm he is dead, or it does not count.

I really hope its not against me since I saved multiple times since the encounter...

Can anyone else confirm this?

Yea, I read it, but it's not the most perfect English, that you used to describe the iron arch underneath the bridge I flew a few times around those four bridges again and it worked, although I did have to pass underneath the iron arch, whereas you say it does not register under the part where it registered for me, or did you mean it the other way around? lol

The low bit is the bit people struggle with, it is not the buggy bit however.  From what you said I gathered you were referring to the small bridge.  If you read what I said...."the most south western".... this is not the low bridge "As far as I can remember one of the 4 bridges which are in the bottom left corner did not register, although it was not the lowest one." No, I'm also not talking about the lowest one, I had trouble with the fourth from the left of the picture. There are also two parts to the bridge divided by a pilar, underneath one part is an iron arch, however on the other part there is none, at first I kept on flying underneath the part that had no arch underneath, but then I kept on circuling the bridge and tried the other part with the arch and it worked, although I had already given up all hopes, lol . This bridge is fairly high though, it's just to the west of the lowest bridge which is the third from the left on the picture.

We were talking about two different bridges, thats the feeling I get, and in the last post I made a mistake the bridge I was talking about is the next bridge to the East of the lowest bridge not the West, sorry for that.

I think we meant different bridges, since you say the bridge you mean is the one most to the South-West, making it also the second bridge to the West of the lowest bridge. And the bridge I had problems with was the next bridge to the East of the lowest bridge. So perhaps you are right on other peoples games, but I had no difficulties with the bridge you meant, or I just followed your instruction without knowing, since I only started looking for help once I had flown under every bridge in the LC.

Edit: I can take a screenshot of what I mean tomorrow, since it's quiet late/early at the moment and I've stopped playing a few hours ago.

I'm 99% certain he will reappear...

He died when I did his 1st mission, it takes a few days for him to respawn.

I got my Random Strangers achievement after killing Clarence which leads me to believe that maybe the list you have isn't concrete.  Maybe its the amount of strangers you meet and not actually who.  Or maybe the achievement just took forever to register and happened to register after killing Clarence...whatever.

Read what is said for the achievement, then look at the map, the achievement, is for meeting the 10-14 random characters, depending on who is alive, 4 of them can be killed, Clarence been one of them.  This is correct as it is backed up in the official guide.

Clarence was clearly the only one you had left to do, but as you then killed him, you didn't have to...*Achievement Unlocked*

Hello! I failed the mission where i met Hossan and we had to pursuit the guy who wants to give money to Hossan. Is this meaning that i will not have 100%? I didn't had the option to restart the mission so i assume that failing this mission will not affect the 100% status... And how can i check how many missions i have done for random characters?

Got a question & I don't wanna start a new topic so hopefully someone who knows better can inform me.  I did a playtrhough doing only story missions to get the LCMinute achievement.  Like an idiot I erased the gamesave because I thought you couldn't get 100% after completing the story.  Can I go back through doing only story missions & skipping pretty much everything (random characters, procedural missions, and whatnot) and then work on 100%?
