I just finished Virtua Fighter 5 today, and that was a very tedious 1000.  Finally, with 1,178 wins and 60 losses, I finally finished Quest Mode ending my Virtua Fighter 5 career and netting me another 1000.

I finished Fallout 3 last night. It was a very fun and amazing game with a fun and easy Achievement list. It was a time-consuming 1000 (40 hr.), but it wasn't as long or dumb as Mass Effect's Achievement list.

YAYYY!!!! After sucking horribly in Gears of War's multiplayer, I come back and score a home run with Gears of War 2! It was a cool 1000. The multiplayer Achievements were few. I hated Seriously 2.0 and Party Like It's 1999. They took far too long. Seriously 2.0 took over 20 hours on constant Act 1, Chapter 4 boosting, and 1999 took days of mindless simulation. It's cool to have Gears of War 2 done this early in its lifetime.

MLB 2K6 was very short but very painful. It was absolutely horrendous. I know it was a 2K6 game, but there is no excuse for such a crappy game. It took me a while until I figured out how to cripple the AI and easily net the Achievements. I'm never going to play a baseball video game for as long as I live.

Next on the list: I need to finish up Left 4 Dead, but let's just say that I will lose myself in the process. Expert difficulty is hellish, and the Nothing Special Achievement is just dumb. If I can get those Achievements, the 53K kills Achievement won't be a problem at all.  After L4D, I'm going to get two easy sports games done. I got MLB 2K6 (finished already), NBA 2K7, and Madden NFL 07 in the same package. Hopefully, basketball and football aren't as complicated....

I just finished Left 4 Dead. Expert was a nightmarish difficulty, and grinding for Zombie Genocidest was boring.

Now, I have two 'easy' sports games to deal with. Madden NFL 07 and NBA 2K7. I don't know how Madden is considered 'easy'. It really confuses me. I hope I can rent NCAA Football 07. I need it for a stupid Achievement in Madden....

I like trying to strike a balance between games I'm not embarrassed to have show up on my Gamercard and getting as much Gamerscore as I can. I have other gamertags to try out games on first, and if it's something I think is a good game and I might be able to get a lot of achievements from then I play it on this account. My low score in Mass Effect is really bugging me right now. But nothing I can do until my 360 gets back from being repaired.

Wow. I waited a while to dump more completed games onto the pile.

Dash of Destruction was silly and stupid. Live Score Tracker was....not even a game. It was a stats screen.

NBA 2K6 was done in less than an hour. NHL 2K6 could be done in 4 minutes (There's a youtube video on how you can beat it that fast).  Madden NFL 07 took me a long time. I had to simulate season after season of the poorly-crafted Superstar Mode. The last few Achievements required me to play the game.

Call of Duty: World at War was a welcome sight after I had spent the last few weeks on sports games. It was also very hard on Veteran. VERY HARD. I actually finished it faster than Madden. Funny that.  It took a lot of patience to endure hours of ridiculous Japanese guys throwing grenades at me.

Fable II was definitely welcome in my arms. I missed it during the holiday wave, and I picked it up for $45 last week. It had the funnest Achievements ever. It earned the 'Best Use of Achievements' award in OXM's latest issue.

Well, I bought Halo 3's Legendary maps, and I have 1250 out of 1750 now. After that, I finished Knothole Island's DLC Achievements in Fable II. Finally, I completed Crackdown which was something that I have always wanted to finish.
