Dude it's just small stuff..like Ryu's trade hit hang times....but as for Gief I'm starting to change my mind now that I tried just poking him away.  But just a few things chap my hide...and also my dmg scaling argument..the supers doing too much...that's a legit gripe me thinks.  And I don't just jump into his lariats...I need to record my matches dang.  It's the crossing up that seems like I'm blocking it but online stuff makes it weird sometimes...but he is not as tough of a matchup if I pussyfoot around and use HP pokes like Wong.

Lol that stuff was done on the PC version wasn't it?  I have it but I never saw an option for custom making outfits so I just stopped playing it.  Competition was terrible on there as well.

95% of the time when ppl are complaining....ITS OVER COMMON SENSE BULLISHT....GIEF HAS BEEN THE SAME WAY FOR LIKE 85 GAMES


Well I've made 5 semis today and before today I had only made 2.  This run I'm on now included 2 Giefs so I just needed to find a way to beat him.

But if you think about the fact that your giving up all your ex moves to go for a super that may or may not connect you should get big damage for the risk. Some characters can have trouble over coming odds with no ex bar at times in a match.

That's true...I do use EX chickenwings in tight spots...but I like canceling a lot and it costs half the bar...& if you fail it...you waste bars...you make it...you hardly get any dmg.  But I guess that's what makes Fei's "White Lotus" Fadc ULtra <--what this 45kish Fei called it that I started chatting with from CM mode lol...a rare feat to do but people have no idea how hard it is to land all 3 hits and when all 3 connect they just do mild dmg as opposed to Ryu's easy trade hit or ex canceled into ultra.

Yo Makashi you didn't click on my link? I already posted about the bonus stages, etc. Too bad we can't compile them in the first post. As for the hp arguement I'm done with it since they're not going to change it anyway..

This has turned out to be a super duper update lol. Team Battles? Wow didn't see that coming. Very nice indeed for us sf fans i'm loving this keep it coming capcom, now reveal makoto, dudley and guy!!!! .......please

You know I would like them to do cross console online, imagine being able to play the other consoles fanbase as well. That would surely link the SF fanbases imo.

you know...i have this one game for ps2 my friend gave me a while back but it wont work on my ps2.

its called (CapcomXNamco)

and when i look at the back its all these japanese letters and rpg style of gameplay with a cartoon ryu and whatnot.

wish i could play that game now =/ or CvS2 *Cries*

Its mostly for fun, getting out your most damaging moves to destroy it as fast as possible. If I remember it used to turn up when you get a set number of points in arcade, not sure. But theres no need to explain lol you get to beat a car up........ CAR SMASHING FTW lol.

You used to get a chance to play the bonus rounds after every few fights. It helped with combo practice and speed, and you were ultimately graded (numerically). I'm sure there will be some interesting replay vids showing how different people take them down.

im really curious what they'll do with the challenge modes.
in the trial challenges i think they should just unlock all of them from the get go.
That'd make me play them more often.
Right now im stuck on a bunch, and it leaves me with no desire to keep trying them.
If i could skip one im having hard time with and go to the next one (which might be easier, weird right) than i'd definitely use it more.

In Street fighter 2 Hyper Fighting there were 3 bonus stages and they occurred about every 4 fights. I don't think they really have a purpose but it adds fun to the arcade mode. On the other hand 3rd strike's second bonus stage where sean throws the basketball's at you helped you improve your parry timing.
