Unless theyve made a reasonable attempt at trying to notify the public of the price change, they MUST sell it to you at said price. If we have to retract specials in our catalogs at work, we put up signs of the change as you enter the store, I know JB puts ads in the paper. But yeah if a customer walks in with a catalog, shows the price and theres no mention in a reasonable place that the price has been changed it is a breach.
