That picture is only on the Japanese Marketplace....

However, its free so if you have access to a JPN account its yours.
Just browse the theme/gamepic section of the marketplace and look for games under "ぷ" it will be the 27th one down and it will be the only free download(This is a original xbox game BTW so yeah...).
