If you have the Su-33 then look at the back you can see a hook also if you read the description of the plane it says carrier based or something like that.

Does anyone know how to get the hook go down. the special for this plane it that Aoa off thing so dont ssay press left on pad.

I don't think you can land on carriers with it.  I've tried in the arena and on perfect landings the plane justs explodes when you touch down on the carrier.

Pretty sure you cant land on a carrier even though it is a naval ship.

The only thing I can think of is that its a russian aircraft trying to land on an american carrier.
Taking off might be difficult as (might be wrong) an SU-33 needs a carrier with a ski jump to take off.

ya, but you do need to slow down to 180. or thats what it was telling me when I wanted to drop my hook, when your going like 300 konts try to drop it and it should tell you the limit

most planes, for me drop it as soon as you can drop your gear so at 300 you can drop it.

Russian Aircrafts are different from the US ones so it might be different just try it out while your flying around

is it just me or do the gear on the 33 look really flimsy for a carrier plane. i would imagine a huge plane like the su to have beafy landing gear like most us carrier planes but it has little sticks for landing struts

AOA (angle of attack) or alpha

when you do the special you disable the alpha limiter allowing you to do insane maneuvers.. read my "pugachev cobra" thread
