this is the email i gave microsoft
.......xbox 360 components are cheap unreliaby console you're company are
just leaglised mafia never willing to except responcabilty for faulty
xbox console broken down 7 times now 1 years warranty just goes to show
you dont even care about you're customers. mine has had e74 problem i
will not be buying anymore xbox products. you had you're chance i will
be buying an ps3 more relyable far better customer care and if you look
at the xbox formus you will see thousands more feel the same goodbye
and good riddance xbox you have fail missarible as a company..... and this is the reply i got from microsoft so if you do the same we can all get some restatution......
