Your just "doin it wrong"

When I followed the guide it told me to open a file that didnt exist. I did nothing wrong. Besides i find controller play easier anyway so having the arena on my 360 would be better for me.

Well, it works for me.

I couldn't figure out the emulator either. But it would be really cool if they put Arena on the XBLA, . I enjoyed Phantasy Star 2 on XBLA and was kinda hoping more older games would come for the arcade. Arena would be a great addition.

Use DOSBox emulator and run the batch file and you won't have any problems.

Well, it did take me a good 30 minutes to get it running. If you skip anything in the instructions you are screwed. I learned that the hard way.

And thanks I guess? I honestly never thought I ever get past two, with all my hatred for Oblivion LOL.

Wastelander was claiming that Dosbox (the emulator that is used to run The Elder Scrolls 1: Arena) doesn't work. As I use Dosbox regularly to play Daggerfall I knew he was wrong and corrected him.

Actually i was saying i couldnt get it to work, But whatever. Anyways the sum of it all is i think they should bundle the arena and daggerfall with tesv for free seeing as they r giving it away on their website.

That would be great, seeing as how I also can't get Dosbox to work either. Tells me to use a file that doesn't exist, I create it, it still doesn't work. Arena and Daggerfall are pretty small files compared to Oblivion, so it could work, I think. I'm no expert when it comes to computers, as is probably evident in the fact that I can't get Dosbox, the supposed easiest emulator to use, to work. But I did try to watch the video that explains how to use it, but my computer sucketh greatly, so videos don't work. A text document would help. Or, as is said above, adding Arena and Daggerfall to TES5.

Arena should be included in a limited/special edition of TES 5. Kind of like how Call of Duty 1 will be included in the MW2 package.
