If you have a personal problem with me you may contact me everyday of the week, and twice as often on tuesdays. Um what fascist country do you live in, the country I live in you can say anything you want, save the threats of harm, or what I am so lead to believe.
Ah, it's nothing personal whatsoever and I fully agree that we can say whatever we want. Still, it doesn't mean we wouldn't be accountable for what we say, even if we played the good old freedom of speech card.

I still think thats it's wrong of Mod's to lock/move/delete posts with no explanation. I've had a number of threads deleted for the simply fact that they were shedding a negative light on MS. Regardless of the fact that they were legitimate posts with links to pertinent and more importantly true information.
From what I have seen, those threads don't tend to get locked or deleted before they fall badly off-topic and/or people start digging out their pitchforks, torches, scam claims, and expletive-ridden insults of every possible kind.
Thread starters have an unspoken responsibility of keeping their threads at least reasonably civil and as such, are expected to do a bit of social moderating themselves to keep their threads alive. When trolls and flamers take over, it often ends with a lock.
I have seen many decent threads, even those not shedding any negative light on MS, come to an end because of lovely little forum trolls coming to feed on them. Same as with Live, there are always those who have their fun by ruining the enjoyment of others. The next time a thread gets locked, pay close attention to its last few posts. They often hold a vital clue in why the thread suffered the fate it did.
Lastly, neither moderators nor MVPs are employees of Microsoft so why on earth would they need to apologize for anything the company does?
