- Allow your console to rest for 24 hours.
- Keep your console in a well ventilated area.
- Use disk cleaners and carefully wipe your game.
- Contact XBOX Customer Support for help.
The number for XBOX Customer Support is 1800-4MY-XBOX (1800-469-9269). They are the Co-Publishers for this game and should be able to help you. Their number can also be located at the back page of the manual. I hope this helps and good luck.

Way to dodge the problem!! My copy of the game is new, without a scratch, and my console is not running hot. I can play games for 8 hour stretches with no problems, ever.
