Campaign isn’t so hard anymore, both toy and I can survive a few hits from AOE, and, ideally, WHM head cures both of us before the next AOE (gets a bit hairy when dealing with blm and rdm campaign mobs and their everything-ga III’s, I stil ain’t touchin Softstep or Herohunter tho, granted as bst75 I don’t even touch them lol). I am getting to the point where I actually do a tiny bit of dmg to the  mobs now (a whopping 4! lol instead of 0)

still only 50% acc er so vs them.


I can’t wait till 60 when I get full exp cus I managed to get 1.2k in a offfense battle as a 49 or 50,...I don’t remember.

Anyway, Nice to have Spectral Jig back from my /dnc, I can go to w/e battle I want.

I do miss Widescan tho, since there is always that one pee-on soloing one 10 miles away making the battle last 35 years for no reason.

I got my AF pup Pants, and feet otw, as well as BLM head for my toy.

Ok time for huge update.

dinged 30thf this weekend went 1/1 on VE, made more progress on ZM5 (just one last fight left in Zi'tah).

Now the huge announcement.

DING MAAT MASHER (RDM) 1/9.

tried the old sleep/nuke style and failed time after time (even used spider torque).

This time borrowed elemental torque, and phantom tathlum from a buddy got to bcnm right as windsday ended (busy dealing with new LS recruit) popped cream puff, traded test, ran up, SS 2hr spammed aero 3 til my mp was <100 sleep 2 (my heart was racing i couldn't think straight or think about anything like convert timing or reapplying SS after it dropped etc). Converted cure 4 twice 2 hi ethers, SS, aero 3 sleep 2 ether aero 3 sleep 2 ether aero 3 sleep 2 ether aero 3 win (3.5mins). He barely got off maybe 1 or 2 spells didn't do squat with chainspell and slept him before he got SS off.

I finally beat RDM MAAT after almost a year of being 70 and 9 attempts ^^.

DING DING DING 75RDM AT LONG LAST!!!!

Also got dynamis windy and jeuno wins this week so my LS starting outlands July 1st as well as dreamlands ^^.

Campaign is gettin sick with pup.  I am already averaging 600-1k+ exp. I have several instances where I got 1.6k, 2k, and even got 2.8k once. I am starting to actually hit the beastmen for more than 0 dmg. and the imps I can stand toe-to-toe with for a small amount of time. (but when I see it is about time to stop my toy and I just disengage let the imp insta-loose hate and fly away, rest up then repeat). I can only imagine what it is going to be like at 75.


Not to forget to mention Soloing.
I can nearly solo EM and T with mild dificulty. Easy Prey is no problem. and with the pup version of convert for the toy (deactivate when toy is out of MP but full HP, then activate since the timer is reset if I put the toy away with

I nearly can solo Skogs Fru (but when its life gets low it starts spamming some uber ladybug move thats like 10x more poweruful then the normal version).

A toy with Cure IV is insane.

So by now, I can basically solo Campaign Imps. Just as long as I am not amesia-ed when I have to put the toy away and call it back out to refill it’s MP.

It’s been a few days of hella fun campiagn battles and skilllin up.

I got H2H to 191
I got my toy’s Magic Skill to 190 x2.
And I have decided I am going to focus on skillin 5 levels a day on toy till it gets Cure V. Which is not too far away (207 I believe)


Bad thing is I gotta figure a simple way of gettin my rng toy to get ranged skillz with out it dying, with my set of jobs (bascially /dnc only).

WHM46 (pitiful one level from last ding on that job) >.< Kinda thought I'd reach WHM75 first but got bored with it for some reason. All the hardcore parting on SMN did me some good, especially after 70. I couldn't wait for party invites, after being in a few, I mimic parties I've been in by building my own and it paid off. I do admit, I joined one Astral Flow burn party, which jumped me from 61 to 64 in just a few minutes. But never again.

In other unrelated news on story line.
Rank 7 in Windurst, still on ZM4, CoP 2-3, and ToAU 22.

I decided at the rate of leveling I was at, to wait on posting from 60-70 and now:

PUP70 5 more to go,...

Coincidently, I also beat ToAU 14 “The Black Coffin” (pretty easy battle)

So I believe I have Salvage Access now (after a few CS’s).

Campaign getting sick with the multiplier for the new ranks, and PUP + Campaign = mmmmmmmmmm
