Hmmm no I'm not a child but I was a child when I played Sonic2. I was a child when I played Sonic1. I respect your opinion this wasn't even about you cool. It was about how some douchebag can come onto this forum and state trivial reasons not to buy a great game This also has been dealt with, it has been STATED that if you like Single Player, then this game is for you, but if you wanted online like so many others, than this game is NOT for you. The only reason you were dragged into this at all is because one of your fanboys said you owned me Err.. He was in this arguement LONG before ThePwnee and I said Master of cool owned you tard.... Please point out were I stated anything that wasn't opinion. Pretty much since you started defending Halo because I said it sucks "in my opinion".

And you said that some people think its not a good buy Neither one of us did, you're only using the forum topic as an example to keep your end of the arguement up. .... Well it was the first arcade game I bought for 5 bucks and I'd still buy it first. I enjoyed Sonic2 more than Worms, Small Arms, Geo wars, and Uno (in fact I thought all those games were pretty boring). Sonic2 was a great buy for me THIS is an opinion that you stated 900 times already, we got the point long ago..... I haven't bought Sonic1 because I never remembered enjoying it even when I did play it Then why make a new thread asking people which Sonic they like better when you, yourself haven't even tried the first one on the Xbox 360????. Just my opinion That's no opinion, because Sonic 2 on Arcade is vastly different for multiplayer opposed to the original (Online play, and a lobby) makes all that different. but I can understand people liking it and for the time it was great.

Oh and I had to add that I owned Sonic2 on Genesis for years.

Its the EXACT same MP as lives version. EXACT.... You guys (because its obvious more people are flaming me then you.... Cool acts like he's not but in truth he is because he keeps labeling people kids) treat Sonic2's MP like it was suppose to be a full fledged feature. ITS NOT!

THE ONLY THING they took out was the debug mode. And that was done to keep the game more legit.

First of all, multiplayer ISN'T the exact same..
Debug Mode was for the CONSOLE, not just the game itself.. and Sega Genesis: Sonic The Hedgehog 2 didn't have a multiplayer lobby or online mode (this is where the codes got all messed up, why this game is a mess and a waste of 5 dollars)..

You don't have to try and lock the thread just because you lost at an argument that you couldn't uphold..
At least this proves you should have just kept your fingers off of the keyboard instead of letting yourself be offended by someone who probably lives almost 2000 miles away, and doesn't give a rats * about your feelings for a game, especially one that's as messy and wrecked as this one.

And for the record..

I never ONCE said Sonic 2 sucks, nor do I think anyone else did, but you seem to LOVE using that as a pass to keep arguing with some a-hole huh?
In fact, I'M the one who said I liked it because of the spin addition, but you were too busy getting offended like some child. This ALL started (with me personally anyways) because you got pissy when I said Halo sucks, which wasn't relevant in anyway nor should it have been an opinion, because I used it as an example.

For 400MS points this is an absolute STEAL.

This was one of the greatest games of the 16-bit era and for you to sum it up as a buggy mess is an disgraceful abomination and a lie. The single player is absolutely fine and just how it was seventeen years ago. The online is laggy but only when you play people far away but to be honest this is the same for all games, although I will say that Sonic 2 online suffers a little more than other titles but the fun with playing MP Sonic 2 is playing it with friends.

And there's no online co-op but the co-op sucks, you have to be on the same screen or Tails disappears from view and I don't believe Tails can fly in Sonic 2 so it's really not that big of a deal.

This title is a MUST-HAVE for your XBLA collection, especially at 400MS.

And Zorplex, I'm terribly sorry you got bullied at school.
