Best thing about this game was supposed to be the MTV online tournies. But guess what, I dont even get to finish them maybe 33% completion rate and thats being generous!! The game either hangs up or I get dropped or I get dirty or damaged disk error, which is BS since the game is new with out a scratch on it and plays fine in every other aspect of the game. Only time I have problems is online in the MTT tournies, and dont have any trouble with any other games. Contacted the games customer support and they told me to download the patch.................. FOR THE PC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! This game is getting traded in tomarrow I've HAD IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear it man.  We're all having the same issues...some more so than others, but I feel your pain.  Keep the game for any future patches, though.  I heard that dirty disc err was an audio bug, which they were suppose to fix on the last patch but never did.

dropped again with dirty or damaged disk error and not a scratch on the damn thing last 3 toury's 2 drops when the game starts and one during table balancing not even 5 min in.!!!!!!!!!! Some one wanna tell me WTF is going on before i burn this stupid game in my driveway and then go torch the game studios that put this piece of crap out!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Dude, I don't know what to tell you.  Maybe call the tech support # inside your Stacked booklet. Ask them to send you a replacement disc.  If they refuse, ask to speak with their manager.  Be firm, be polite and you might be surprised.  I got my Xbox fixed free using that method once.  They've said themselves that the dirty disc bug you keep getting is an audio bug.  Here's the link where I read that:

I talked to tech support those morons told me to enable port forwarding and to download the patch for the PC i guess they didnt here the part about i was having problems on xbox live. I decied to try a few things myself so i deleted the stacked info on my hard drive and redownlaoded the patch and a few other things and also went into the settings and turned off all the audio and switched it to stereo from 5.1 and it seems to be working ok now, but we will see tonight.

That sounds promising.  I hope it works,  I'd hate to read another CAPPED LOCK RESPONSE.  Heh heh, jk.

well thats it i've had it i was dropped witha dirty or damage disk error again right at the start of the bronze tourny i see no reason to continue on with this game, it a POS that should have never gotten released with so many flaws,. I'm seriouly considering a class action law suit against MTV, myelin and 5k

Lawsuit?  Waste of time.  Just consider the $30 as a lesson learned, you know?  I feel your pain, though.  I'd still call and ask firmly, but politely, for a replacement game.  If refused, ask for their supervisor.  Squeeky wheel gets the grease.
