Please know that the team is still looking into the concern some of you are experiencing when trying to connect online, but we are needing more details to help troubleshoot the issue further and hopefully get a final resolution. So can everyone please provide the following details to help us better understand why some of you are not able to find an online game and even better why some of you can?
- Internet service provider you have.
- Type of connection: Direct to modem, Through a gateway, Through a router, Wireless Connection
- Manufacturer of the device(s) you are using.
- Times you are trying to connect to other users online.
- Have you ever been able to successfully connect to a match online?
- If so, when?
- Have you tried doing a private match and inviting a friend to play co-op with you?
- Was it successful?
- This maybe unrelated, but it is worth asking, but any similar difficulties connecting to an online match with other games?
- If so, which games? And what steps have you tried to resolve the issue with these other games?
- Are you aware of the following support troubleshooting articles? If not, have tried the suggestions contained in them and was the information provided helpful in resolving your connection issue?

1. Road Runner
2. Wireless
3. Microsoft MN-740 wireless adapater with an Microsoft MN-700 router connected to a modem provided by Road Runner.
4. From 7pm CST to midnight
5. No.
6. Not applicable.
7. Yes.
8. Still did not work.
9. I can connect online to other games fine.
10. Not applicable.
11. I am now, but they were not helpful in helping me with my Assualt Heroes issue unfortunately. The information was not needed for my other games. ![Smile [:)]](/emoticons/emotion-1.gif)
Finally, if you have not called into Xbox Customer Support about this issue to provide information like you see above, please do so at your earliest convenience so we can also look there also for what steps you have tried with our phone support agents.
