Minsc and Boo where awesome, and Minsc was a fairly powerful fighter.

Also his lines are great.
"Butt kicking for GOODNESS!" and "Go for the eyes Boo!" are among some of my favorite Video Game quotes.

I hated Imoen, she was pretty whiny about everything. I still love DeVir though, shes pretty much everything you could ever want in a female D&D character.

how did the followers do in FO3??? from just talking to people in the game i could tell that beth seemed to have took alot more time to give a personality to people... big or small part.... i would definatly like to see npc's in my party that i would miss if they died.... i would like to see them lvl with you and have customizable inventorys.

Their AI was a bit better, they were well armed but mostly followed the same, follow/wait order.
Fawkes was damn near invincible though. Totally ruined the balance of the game. Give the man a gatling laser, and its over.

It's so boring rolling alone dude. It does get tedious. I always reload when they die. If I wanna go alone I tell them to wait. It's this boring/tedious point in the game that makes people think co-op. 100% guarantee it. No one likes being alone forever.

To answer your question though, NPC's are at least 60% better than Oblivion's. They just took the AI from Oblivion and improved on it. That's how they managed to get it to work so fast. So for the next ES game, there's guaranteed to be much better AI.

You're going to have to downgrade your 100% guarantee.  It may be true in the majority of cases, but not in mine.  I actually thought co-op would be cool (only if done really well) within the first hour or two of playing.  So maybe it should be a 99% guarantee?  Wink [;)]

I actually got almost entirely through the game without realizing that there were any people who would follow me.  I assumed that, like FO3, followers would have a little bit of personality and stand out.

i am definatly glad to hear that the AI was bumped up a notch from oblivion to FO3.... it would be nice if u could have more advanced AI options like in dragon age.... tell them when to heal themselves, to be defensive or offensive, to tank, DOT, DPS.... this could be well utilized in tesv with the different class types

1. I want the choice to be evil.

2. I want the game to not freeze up anymore.

3. I want Invisible to mean INVISIBLE!!

4. I don't want the guards to be omnipotent and all knowing.

5. I think that people need bathrooms or outhouses at least... I mean, where to these people bathe and poop?

That's not possible, especially with a open world game. Even more so when it's a game made by Bethesda.

There's this thing called "Nature".

NO!
I want to slaughter any town I see fit, and anyone I want, whenever I want.... not just make them "unconscious"....- lame

I want reptile people to bite, I want the cat people to do.... cat... like... things, and I want the orcs to actually talk like they have giant tusks sticking out of their mouths... I mean seriously, have you seen their teeth? and they speak  the Queens English as well as anyone? I think not !!

They had that in morrowind but took it out because too many people would complain they "accidently" killed off quest characters and were unable to finish the game

I think the word's your looking for are "Argonian" and "Khajiit" (as opposed to "reptile people" and "cat people"), and they are civilized, not animals.

And frankly, unless you have some strange fetish, I don't see any reason why you'd want to watch Khajiits do...cat things...

They pissed and pooped in the streets back then. That's when the gutters were in the middle of the road and they had awnings over the sidewalks running towards the gutter. That also has something to do with why men should walk on the roadside of the sidewalk.

Because them saying things like "prey approaches" when you get near them is civilized. He also mentioned they were people!

If you have enough hard drive space you could copy the game to your hard drive and run it off the disc to save loading times. The downside to this is obviously the huge loss of hard drive space. Microsoft should make bigger hard drives and charge much less for them. a 120GB hard drive is £80 for a 360. An external 250GB hard drive for a pc is around £25 at pc world last time i checked.

Except if I walked by a black guy and asked him where my quilt was, he might get offended by that. There's a difference between a civilization and being civilized.

Im kidding. I think your an interesting fellow Zebatov.

Its not really my place to judge (and I truly mean that) but I think your quilt comment was kind of an offensive way to proove a point. My parents were born in Kenya, Africa, and well, though we're not American, we're completely aware of the quilt plantations, and all the african american women that were there.

Once again. I really hope Zenimax Online Studios is developing the elderscrolls online. I'd love to run around tamriel with some friends. Maybe even you guys! Smile [:)]
