Connect yes, actually play a match no. It just hangs at the "Waitng Screen"

Yes
- Was it successful?
They were able to connect, but game just won't go pass the "Waiting Screen". We were still able to chat though.
- This maybe unrelated, but it is worth asking, but any similar difficulties connecting to an online match with other games?
Not once since I've been using LIVE (was a first wave Beta tester).
- If so, which games? And what steps have you tried to resolve the issue with these other games?

I cleared my cache and tried re-downloading, both to no avail.
I called MS support (the one in India) and requested my points to be reimburst. I had to fax them a copy of my consoles purchase receipt. Why I'm not sure? Then I was told to wait 3 days and call them back. Did so and was then told it could take up to two week for MicroSoft to have the points become available. WTH!?!?! Last arcade game I buy!
Think professionals are expensive....just wait until you see what amateurs will cost you.
