All I have to say is that if I wake up tomorrow and still don't see a NG2 demo, I'm going to truly be upset. I heard a rumor that it would come out on the 6th, and it's the last thing I can believe...if it doesn't come tomorrow, I don't think the US is getting a demo at all...which makes so little sense, considering that we're by far the main supporters of xbox, and the way that they get most of their money...
Also, I've been considering whether or not to get the game. The thing is, I don't have much money at the moment, and if I did get it, it would probably tap out my wallet...but if I was able to play the demo...that might be able to win me over and stop this little internal debate my brain has been having.
Hear that Microsoft...give me the demo, and I just might give you my money? I'm sure that my situation isn't entirely unique. If you'd release the demo, you might be surprised to see that there would actually be a positive outcome...so I don't know why you're delaying it so much like your whole company is going to go bankrupt and die if you give us the demo. Stop being so aggrivating...I mean, jeez. Ninja Gaiden is supposed to be frustrating, but I never thought the frustration would be able to seep out of the game and reach me in the real world like this. Microsoft...not a goal you should've strived for. Release the damned demo and give us peace. Ninja Gaiden was the biggest Xbox game next to Halo...why are you not feeding your fans what they desire and deserve? Especially if they actually completed Ninja Gaiden, like I did. What a hassle...and an achievement. And I'm back for seconds...that is, if you're willing to serve them. So, what will it be Microsoft? Will you let us starve?

Also...isn't saying that they'd release it in May and then not false advertising or something, and therefore illegal on some level, however minor it may be? Or at least lying...horribly so.

Alright.... so it is 6:50 A.M. here on the East Coast.. Friday Morning.. June 6th, 2008... The 3rd time Microsoft has promised us the Ninja Gaiden II demo... and it Still isn't available to download. I'm really wondering if Microsoft is at all competant.

i sware if microsoft does this ever again im taking my 360 back and getting a wii and all the shooter games i can buy

And the only reason we're whining is because Microsoft told us that they would give us the demo in a certain time period, and they didn't...multiple times. You can't say you're gonna do something to millions of fans and than not do it, otherwise you **** them off. That's just the way it is.

I think everyone's reason for whining here is to attract attention to Microsoft so that they can at least tell us the problem or fix it. If thats not the reason, probably just boredom. Going and renting or buying the game just isn't an option for some people right now, and Microsoft needs to acknowledge that by releasing the demo, which really shouldn't be that difficult given the time they've had.

you are totally right...why have too rent or buy when promised a free demo?!..i meen it's the beginin' of the month realistlicly people have rent or mortgage's that has too be paid plus other utilities..not everyone has mommy or daddy too have it in there kid's room by the time they get home from school..

back in the day, couple years ago, i woulda bought this hands down, but now the cost of a videogame almost equals how much it costs to fill up my tank of gas. ($64 for game - after tax vs. $55 for a full tank of gas).

So renting through gamefly is the only way i'll be able to play this for the forseeable future, but i've been really wantin to play it, so a damn demo would be nice.

So...does anybody believe they're still gonna release a demo at all? I don't. Not anymore anyway.

What I'm curious about now is how they're gonna tell us...are they just gonna leave that page there saying "Demo Coming Soon"? Maybe they'll just take it away without even saying anything...they should explain to us why they didn't give us a demo, or apolagize. Not ignore it...which is probably what they're gonna do.

They did this with the Condemned 2 demo, we got it way after the game released. They said it'd be out before the game. So we'll probably get NGII demo on June 22nd...of 2009.

I think their gonna say sumthin about it and give us a lame *** excuse why we couldnt get it when the freakin japnese demo was in english.....and then give us another wack *** XBLA game like they did after that xmas server crap....if sony had their head on their shoulders right  id drop microsoft like a bad habit.....and that real talk

Exactly..even those with jobs need to pay for other things much more important than some sixty dollar game.  The point of having demos is to give people a taste of what the game is like.  If they like the demo but still aren't sure then they'll shell out money to go rent it and still see if they want to buy it.  That's what I do in instances like this.

The major question at hand is....WHERE THE *** IS THE DEMO?!  I typically don't give a rat's *** about stuff like this but Tecmo or Team Ninja or Microsoft or Xbox Live staff members have led on this delay LONG enough.  They said may...and Japan got it.  They now said TODAY 6/6/08 that we'd get something and NOTHING.  Either they release the demo now and stop this nonsense or....well hey what can we do anyway? Microsoft...the *** bastards they are have it so you have to call a 1800 number to cancel your xbox live and you get someone over seas that barely speaks english.  Trickery.....yippie.
