There is a different between a Player and a Gamer

My girl friend (louve25) has trouble downloading the the Female Halo Hoodie.

Download stuck at 1% then cannot complete and the 80070570 errors

We tried on her console and on mine and the error is on both console.

Still no luck with the female Halo 3 crossed swords t shirt. Have tried everything in the support link (clearing cache etc) and tried dowloading it on a different console but still getting the error. ISP is Virgin Media if that helps.

Just got my xbox back from repair today,every time i click on game marketplace i get error 801553c2. can't retrive information from xbox live. is it the repaired box or them?

Started getting the same message myself in the same area yesterday.  I assume it has something to do with the issue they say they're having on the Support site.  It's not your box.

The same thing happened to me so I tried doing on the website and it still didn't work. My credit card got charged but I don't have any points.

I got status code 80070194 on a tv show that I downloaded yesterday it was for Xena but it was only 1 episode that I got the code for, I had purchased more than one episode and the other ones were fine,  but the one that I had the status code for went to 1% then stop and said it couldn't download and to try later I also had this happened to an avatar Halo 3 Hoodie that I purchase but the error code was different instead for that I got status code 80070570, I went to the support and looked it up and it said to go into your memory and delete the content and then try to reload it, I did this but it did not worked for me, I even waited a day to try and reload them but they still did not work. They both did the exact same thing even though it's two different status codes. Is there any way to fix this because that's about 400 points that I will loose and plus I really want the content I bought : (

I PLAY FOR FUN, BUT I PLAY TO WIN!

I still have 2 episodes of Robin Hood season 1 left to download that I paid for. I got 4 others yesterday as well, but only 2 of them would not download. I got Force Unleased Tatooine DLC and the Wet demo as well with no problems. The tv show episodes said cannot download try again later.

Crossed Sword shirt working now, just need the Halo Hoodie (female avatar) to work now.

im trying to download ufc episode 262 status code 80070194 stops at 1 percent this is the second time it happened to me trying to download another ufc and it made me buy the show again

When I go to Game Market Place I get this status code every time: status code 801556c2 "can't retrieve information from Xbox live.  Please try again later."  But then after i click ok everything works fine.  Anyone know what the problem is?

I had a similar issue and just fixed it.  I made a post at http://forums.xbox.com/28867610/ShowPost.aspx .  It may work for you, it may not.  But it doesnt hurt anything, so give it a try and let us know if it fixes your issue as well.

If you have already done the steps suggested in the KB article 960052, then you can contact Xbox phone support for further details or wait for the content to be reviewed on Microsoft's end (when someone from the team reviews this thread). I know some others have tried some additional steps they've come up with to resolve similar issues, but I can't confirm that those steps may work for you.

I just recently purchased myself a prop and a clothing item off of avatar marketplace and they both successfully downloaded. The Halo Crossed Swords tshirt on the other hand still does not download and gives that error code. I tried clearing my cache anf checking for partial downloads which their isnt at all......im still stuck without my purchase.
