Re: GamerDads version 3.0 (aka GamerParents)
Very interesting thread -- I would love to learn about what parents do for kids and gaming at the sametime. To be honestly, I am not a father yet, but I am very looking forward to learn about you, fathers/mothers, doing such as gaming and taking care of kids in your adult life. I cannot wait to get know a little about y'all.

Well, you can always ask any of us anything. We are all very friendly and you never have to worry about asking a stupid question.

Zappa- You don't have to worry about the hammer, I don't think. The most that would probably happen is that one of our guardians would edit it out and give you a friendly reminder. We all make little spoofs...

Re: GamerDads version 3.0 (aka GamerParents)

Hi all,

Sorry I havent been around for a while, I have been out of the Country on Business. Just to let you know that I have changed my GT from Wh1te5had0w6973 to Senile Smurf, as displayed to your left :)

I would welcome a game when anyone fancies hooking up and in the same old 35 year old fashion, I am a lot slower and worse than your average Teen to Tween, (which includes my Son Razorjordz, who continually whips my butt at COD4)

So to keep it short and sweet, anyone who knows me - "hello" anyone who doesn't - "hello", add me for a game sometime.

Take care all

Well guys, my wife got Rock Band the other day. If you guys ever want to play, let us know. We suck, but we still like to have fun.

I'm trying to get the wfie to play so we can do the World Tour stuff, but with the kid's current schedule this isn't doable right now.

There were a bunch of games I wanted to break in, but I'm addicted to Mass Effect right now.  Alien sideboob here I come!

wife is just the most appropriate word, imo

girlfriend? not really

fiance? too pretentious.

partner? has taken on other connotations

baby-momma? no...just no...

I understand... I once had a fiance as well. LoL! It's just easier to say wife. I was just curious if something happened like that. I knew this guy in the Navy and he got married on the phone. They had all the paperwork done through the mail and he called her to tell her his vows.

I LOVE my puppy.  She's a dork, like me.  Big Smile [:D]  She gets so excited when bugs come in the room.  She starts squeaking.

It's funnies when he calls me when we are both at work and starts with that kind of stuff because we both will start in on each other (in fun) but the people in the room don't think we're kidding.  His co-worker always think he's going to come home to an angry wife.
