Level 1 or 2 (the ghosts come out quicker on 2 but you have less time to eat them) I did it on level 1 and was patient with the orange ghost.

I just did it. Level 1 is the level I did it in. Very easy. Just wait till all 4 ghosts are by you and then go for it and chase them all down fast.

The 1st level worked great for me. It was easy for me as long as I was patient enough to wait for the right time to go for it.

Crazy, I got mine on lev 21...jk

of course 1st lev is easiest ghosts are slowest so makes sense to get it there.

can you set the lives on 5 and get it? just curious about that... i would feel better if i had to die i wouldn't be wasting anything... like doing a suicide instead of not getting all 4.

I did it on level 1.  I ran around the state until I had all 4 ghosts in close proximity to each other then got them.

1st lvl  You probably did not grow up on this game but just practice.  Make sure you get the orange ghost near you and the other 3 ghosts clumped together chasing you.  If you have never gotten the 3 ghosts eaten achievement then you get a 2 for 1 by getting the perfect.   

level 1 for sure. definately eat all most of the pac-dots firstthen go for it.

level 1.  Its actually an easy achievement once you know how to do it.  I was having trouble, then i did it, then the other day i was playing just to get a higher score and did it again with easy.  they'll prety much bunch up eventually then you can eat all their faces.

Do you have to eat all four ghosts with all four power pellets, making for a true perfect level?  Or do you just have to eat all four ghosts with one power pellet.  Either way, I usually get 1-3, if not all 4 perfects on the first level once I'm warmed up.  I only ask because I have yet to pay $5 since I already have a Jakk tv arcade version...as well as the arcade rom to play with my x-arcade stick.

Level one

level one, jus keep tryin for it eventually u'll get it

Level 1 is the obvious but try to make them follow you.  I found if you use the sides of the screen to evade eventually they will group up and you can let them see you.  Then it's a race to the pac dot.  Good luck

Level 1 was the easiest for me. You shouldnt be trying on any other level.

I have achieved perfect boards on Mazes 1,2,3,4,6 and 10.  One time, I even got 73,800 points out of a possible 77,000 points through the 5th board. 

Hey Voldemort did the scores on Pacman get reset or somthing as my high score is gone now and i had a top 20?

I don't know.  I don't play Pacman really.  Never could get into the pattern concept once Ms Pacman came out.

I've recently accomplished the perfect board on maze 5 (the Apple) also. So that makes it 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 10.  I've gotten real close on maze 7 (banana).
