This is what the HQ rep had to say:

I have had the matter looked into the reason your order was cancelled.
I have been advised the reason your order was cancelled was due to a system error.
I apologise for any inconvenience caused and can assure you this will not happen again.
If you require any further assistance please contact me in order for me to assist you.
So that's it, not even an offer to reinstate my order or do anything about it, just "we screwed up, sorry".
So unimpressed, my response below:
None of this adds up. First you told me it was because I had not
provided my shipping address (which I clearly had) and now it's because
of a "system error".
You have still not addressed the issue of my Reward Points not being
refunded despite the order being cancelled and finally you have
apologised but made no attempt to actually correct the issue.
May I kindly suggestion that someone at Game be a little more proactive and actually try to resolve the problems.
Game.co.uk == a bunch of jokers. Is it any wonder that they're on the verge of going under?
