Well - this is going to be my last post on this.
For the last time I contacted tech support about this issue and was on the phone for some forty minutes trying to at least get refund for the content I can't play, even going so far as to speak to a supervisor about it. They would not issue a refund no matter what, not even as a gesture of goodwill.
I am very annoyed about the whole thing really and I will finally have to admit defeat on this, all I'm getting is the runaround.
I can still say that they were very professional about it - but no result is no result.
GFWL has a bad rep and all of this won't help.
God help me when I recive my telephone bill for all the calling I have done on this issue.
