Age Of Empires

Hello, I tried to download Age Of Empires today, but I had some problems. It worked smoothly until it said I needed Windows XP SP3. I've tried to find answers, but so far I've found none. I tried to download it at the microsoft update site, but it didn't work. Please, help me find the solution!
