They should have taken care of the reset issues in 2 and more importantly resets and freezes in Gears 3.That and screen freezes brought on by the game not players internet or hardware has caused a large number of players to be reset losing all stats and not able to complete the game at all due to the game locking you out of achievements after the reset.Epic has not ever addresed this issue or offered no help or support at all.They currently and this is what they say " do not give out technical help for our games,you need to go to the publisher." Real shame,was a fan for a few years and now,it would be doing myself an injustice if I even consider another game by them for rent let alone a purchase.They literally have no costumer support at all.That and the fact the new game is being released with half the content it should have at the release,only to be put out at later dates for dlc which means,additional money needs to be spent to complete your game to the point it should have been at release.They did it in 3 and it is something that they plan on doing even more so for Judgment.Sorry to say,this is a big pass on this one.
