Xbox Community Ambassadors is pleased to announce the extension of its Levels and Loot system! Starting today, the Level cap will be raised from Level 10 to Level 15, giving top-tier Ambassadors five more levels to unlock, and a ton of new stuff to earn along the way.
The Xbox Community Ambassadors Program, for those of you who may not be familiar, allows helpful Xbox 360 users to assist their fellow gamer through standard chat, the Ambassabank of Questions, and the Xbox Support Forums. If you’d like to sign up to be an Ambassador, you can do so from the Apply Now page today.
Levels 11-15 – What’s new for top-tier Ambassadors
As mentioned above, there are five brand-spanking-new Levels for Xbox Community Ambassadors to achieve, complete with new loot packages. Those levels and their associated loot are as follows:

Still working on Level 10? Here’s what’s new for everyone else
While working to extend the program for our top-level Ambassadors, we also wanted to make sure we were keeping things fun and exciting for Ambassadors still working through our single-digit levels, too. To that end, we’ve made a few changes to loot for Levels 1-10:
- Playdates are being consolidated into one group playdate, available to Ambassadors Level 4 and above
- New custom Avatar Awards are being added for Level 4 Ambassadors
And yes, in case you’re wondering, everyone who has already hit level 4 will be getting those avatar items – so be sure to check your contact email before the day’s through to ensure you get your loot!
