"They all look wonderfully done and all look fine. They all look like a cleaned up versions of their Halo CA counterparts. I don't know what you played but the remake is very faithful and magically done. Especially with the new things they added like the Terminals, which are beautiful. Every time I am in a new area or looking at new characters I always enter classic view and look at the improvements and seriously nothing is off".
Can't believe I missed this.
1 ) The Gold Elite in The Silent Cartographer. Do you honestly think it's anywhere near what it should be?
2) Johnson. Take a single look at Johnson, preferably in the starting movie. He does not look right, he actually looks entirely ***. Look at the crappy facial hair they gave him!
3) Lighting/atmospheric changes are not done right. Key here is where you have to ditch the Scorpion during the Assault on the Control Room and the entirety of Guilty Spark.
The gameplay itself felt very tired to me... I didn't want to be putting sixty bullets into an Elite or more than that at a Jackal, I want to be able to RELY ON HAVING A HEADSHOT CAPABLE WEAPON SO I CAN KILL THINGS RELIABLY. That's not a problem with the remake, however, that's just another reason why I disliked playing it.
There's more I could point out but it's late, so I'm off.
