I think Slender should come out on the XBOX 360 if you don't know what slender is search it on youtube.com It's the scariest game i've ever played and I want it seen on the big screen ( which is in my living room ) Your thoughts??

The only thing scary about that game is the graphics.

Though it's free and easily available on a PC, so I don't see the point of a console version. Hook your PC up to a TV and voila.

 

It's still free...well, for my Android phone on the Android Marketplace it's still free. I downloaded it, not even worth the space. It's horrible.

As for it coming to the Xbox, it wouldn't even make it scary then because you could just sit far away from the TV as on the PC you have to be close, unless of course, you have a wireless mouse and wireless keyboard :P The point of the game is to make it seem scary, not play it for fun and not be scared because you're sitting 5 feet away from the TV.

I like how Slender is free I agree with all of you, but I have a MAC most of the Slender maps are for the PC and i'm frustrated. They are making a Slender the eight pages for the PC not the XBOX 360. They say Slender the eight pages will be more terrifying and better graphics. I still don't understand why the MAC isn't getting these games like the PC does. And no I don't really want to get a PC i'm sticking with MAC. All these new updated SLENDER confirmed rumors are FOR THE PC!!! :( I just want it on the XBOX 360 and play it on CO OP with my friend. But no I have to get a PC to fulfill these dreams. :(

Lame slender is very lame! Try out Alan Wake, I dont think its very scary but if YOU thought slender was scary LOL! actually got me tempted to LOAD up my alan wake..

It seemed to me he was suggesting Slender is not half as 'scary' as it's made to seem, and that there are better alternatives.

I remember when the game came out... all the Youtube videos of people freaking out... Honestly the videos of grown men crying over this game were more disturbing than anything I've seen.

Yes, it is. I don't why that's so funny.

It's not scary, in fact I found it boring to play walking around for ages.  It's just become a fad recently because popular gaming youtubers play it and post reactions (which are probably fake most of the time).  Honestly how many times can you get scared by it, after you've played it once you know the gimmick and it's predictable.

Ok heres a better comparision The Pucker Factor for Slender is 1 an For Alan Wake the Pucker Factor is 4 out of 10! lmao

Yeah it's getting a PC sequel which apparently is so post to be more scary than the original i've seen pictures it has really good graphics and you can actually see your flashlight but it's for the PC :(

I think it would make a decent indie game.

I downloaded it for my Android as well. It is pretty horrible for it, but if the price was right (800 msp or less) I would give it a go on xbox.

US Revenge @ It's $40 for PS3, Xbox 360 (plus whatever platforms) because it was published by ACTIVISION. They overprice everything. You really should do your homework before spouting any nonsense.

But the game is perfect for a Survial-Horror game! It hits all the notes well and has one of the two important aspects to the genre nailed down: Exploration. Add in puzzles and plot(maybe) and you got yourself a game. The game does what Horror does so well with its atmosphere and "enemy" presence. It exemplifies "Nothing is scary" and I find it is better than most of these "Horror" games out on the market.

There is so much potential and possibilities that it is RIPE for the picking! They could make such a wonderful and subtle product that fans of the Survival-Horror genre are starved. The Marble Hornets series would be perfect for inspiration!

Didn't someone else say it's basically dumbed down Amnesia? Just port Amnesia.
