Hyperious and Master Gee

I'm looking for some people to do these quests with. Please be team players and share loot. I have lvl 50 siren to do these with. Zero, Axton and Salvador aren't far from there either. Would like to farm Hyperious to get crystals and just want to beat Master Gee to get achievement for completing all quests on DLC.

I found gee crashes 4 me only way I can  get it done is use the rock n look at fence ...

Is gee ment to drop crystals ?

Yea he drops crystals. I've never beaten him. I've tried in party of 4 and solo with no luck.

I've beat Gee 6 times and he has never dropped crystals. He did drop 2 of those seraph rocket launches and that's it. There is no lock out on Gee like there is hyperious don't know why. The rock method works but I have noticed that if there is anything in the rock area when he dies the game will freeze. Even when my death trap was in the rock area and I ran out just before he died the game locked up. Now I just run out summon DT outside of the rock area so all those worms shoot their acid at him and gee dies and the game won't freeze.

I will never fight Gee again unless I'm absolutely bored. The one time I killed him he did not drop anything. No crystals, no weapons or anything. Me and my buddy couldn't believe it.

So really makes him a pointlessly hard boss

Sometimes he will drop a few items and other time he drop a lot. The other day hyperious dropped like 19 crystals but the next day I only got 6 lol. Guess he figured he dropped to many the other day.

I was under the impression from other players that Gee did drop crystals. If not, I still would like to kill him. Sounds like mechro is the way to go to solo him.

I may have had a glitches experience but no exaggeration, Master Gee did NOT drop anything at all, no loot whatsoever. Me and my buddy walked around the arena for a few minutes and there was nothing on the ground. Very disappointing.

Yea I would be disappointed too. I hope he drops something worth killing him for when I kill him. I would like to farm hyprious as well but cant ever find 3 other players that work together. plus it sucks you can only fight him once a day.

Hyperius did drop 9 pink crystals for me and some crap weapons so can't be mad at that lol. But good luck with Master Gee, I'm sure it was just some random bad luck on my part. I wanna go back & do that rock glitch but I'm scared it'll freeze my game and I may lose everything.

I got 9 crystals and gold sledges shotgun off hyperious and gee got 2 purples that went under a rock I couldn't loot I hear you can get weapon drops off gee that are that new rareness

All I've gotten from hyperious were some crystals. The group I was with were all loot ***.

Theres 2 of us taking on Hyperious, we need 2 more people. add me and join. with the two of us we can take about 1/3 of his life down.

You can solo Hyperious if your a mechromancer and have that baby maker gun. And tcruzin4lyfe you are correct in being scared. No joke on the 3rd time killing this guy the game froze while auto saving and my save was corrupted. I had a back up on a usb though so I deleted the bad file and transferred the back up. Don't be lazy guys and back your character up it only takes 1 minute to do it. If you need help killing him I can help but not till tomorrow cause I already killed him today.

How do you solo Hyperius solo with Gaige?

I go in use 3 grenades to get all his robots together. shoot them to lower his shield, He does his emp shockwave I call out DT and DT attacks him with that lighting beam. I switch to baby maker and get his HP down to half. Robots repair themselves then repeat. When hyperious life gets down to the i on invincible I'll summon DT and he will provoke hyperious to attack him. Then I kill the rest of his robots who are inches from death. As DT tanks that guy it gives me enough time to use the baby make and kill him.

I have to time things during the battle as well such as every minute or a little less he does that emp blast. I have discord and when my magazine is full my health regen is very fast. I use the bee shield so my shield is also up fast. I can survive his emp blast x2 and have 9k hp left then it will be back to full in 12 secs. All those rockets that his little robots fire you can just strafe sideways and never get hit. Sometimes it might take me 3 tries cause he does that emp blast a little sooner then expected.

Wow. If you can solo him like that, thats impressive. My mechro is only lvl 25 I think. I have a ways to go with her.

I solo him on zero using bee CC and baby maker. CC removes sheild from bots baby maker on hyperious takes around 2 mins just remember not to get 2 close to bots or their rockets will tear u apart

i have the problem with him jumping on me if i stop. I have the baby maker and bee shield. but the only lvl 50 I have is the siren.

Someone should help me fight Hyperius this weekend lol. I can get him down to half his health solo using my Commando but I get stuck after that. Either no ammo or his nova blast ends up killing me.

If u need help friend me I'm from UK so not sure how that fits with your time. And sloth try using health relic and health / regen class mod to survive his attacks

i have a health relic and using legendary class mod.

I've learned that if you have the Baby Maker and you run up to Hyperious at the start of the fight, if you shoot one shot reload shoot one shot reload until his minions spawn. you can take down half of his life before the minions join the fight. Just make sure your reloads hit him.

The Baby Maker seems like "a must have" especially if you wanna do Hyperius quite easy. Just start farming for a gun :)

I think you gotta have some other really good gear if you gonna half his health before his minions are summoned.

The Tediore relic would help. I did it with two baby makers gunzerking and skill points for extra magazine size, still I only got his health down to half. I did not have the relic though.

Guys here is a simple video that will help you solo him I watched and learned on normal mode how to beat him in 30 mins and if you want please subscribe to this guys page he does awesome on his tutorials.

47 mins is wayyy to long and so not worth it. Killing Gee only take me about 15 mins. Trick is to lead him to the rock that you are going to hide at as close as possible. Wait till his shield drops then as you poke your head out 7 to 8 worms max emerge from the ground usually all around gee. You can shoot up to 10 worms easy and he absorbs all that acid. If you misjudged the worms distance from gee all you need to do is throw a implosion grenade at the acid spout drawing him to the puddle. You have to dodge the axe he throws at you and you will get hit here and there but I use a mechromancer and has really fast hp regen.

This guy really isn't worth your time for the fact that your game may free and screw up your save, He has never dropped any seraph crystals in the 7 times I killed this guy. But he has dropped some seraph weapons. IDK back your save up as a precaution.

Biohazard can you post pics of your tree setup anyway I do it she sucks cause seeing she has no reload skill at all and with my comando that and health is what I rely on.

Yeah I will later today. As for hp its pretty close when I get hit by those emp blast. My hp is at 75k and when I get hit with those blast I'll drop to 9k. The gear I have equipped is Slayer of terramorphous, bee shield, and a vitality relic that is 50% hp.

I understand the rock thing I only posted this for those who are having problems getting it, you know informational wise to help the borderlands fans. I really hope even if it does take you 45 mins it helps these guys are tough and with out info like I posted may never of gotten it myself. If you read as well I said with this video and 3 worms he's done in 30 mins give or take.

@crazycassata80 thanks for the video. Perhaps I'll be able to solo him sometime.

As for hyperious, I have no idea what relic or mod my friend had, but he just ran up to him and hit him with baby maker reloads and hyperious's life dropped to about 50% before the minions spawned. It only took us about 10 mins to kill him. I however have not personally tried this myself even though I have the baby make and bee shield.

Do your friend play as Gunzerker?

And about that Gee, tried BiOHAZARD´s tips yesterday and shot a lot of worms from behind the rock, worked great some times...the game froze everytime he died...so annoying. Is it possible to kill him w/o having the game freeze?

I looked into this as it happened to me I found that running about killing at least 1 worm and luring him in it then hide behind rock and look at the gate while worms are underground works.

E.g I kill 4 worms lure him into all acid spots before worm 5 spawns I run behind rock look at gate and just change weapons to stop timeout

@Vortey your rite there this is how I do it and it works I found if theres even 1 worm out it will freeze up on you.

I am also interested in looking for players to beat Gee, Hyperious and Teramorphus. I only have a level 40 Siren. If it helps to have a level 50 then I guess I will just have to wait. Not really interested in the loot as I am in getting the achievements for completeing all side quests. I have only played with one other person online and he is on my friends list.

Ok, tried Gee a few hours ago and the game didn´t freeze this time. This try i did NOT stick my head out from the rock and shoot at any more worms. I just let him soak 3-4 worms while running around and then just sat behind the rock and waited. I also tried spammed Y-button to change weapon when he died. I also looked at the gate.

Would be great to know exactly what it is that cause the game to freeze? When i killed him the first time i did not looked at the gate and did not change weapon. Everytime I killed worms from behind the rock the game froze.

I read it's graphics lag apparently taking your Xbox off hd mode and putting it into I think 480p also stops the crash

Vortey is rite if the worms are up its just to much for the xbox to handle at once.
