To start a ak-74 is ok.  But after a while it gets old.  So I use just about anything now days.  The best way to run and gun is to be able to use any weapon while doing it.  

truu but i juss started playing again so i am limited to what guns i can use now and i feel like my guns are weak to what the other players are using agaisnt me cuz i drop easy and its not that im missing cuz i even start shotting them first and everything and most of the times they get me

That is just a misunderstanding.  Some of the best guns in the game are given out at low levels.  As long as you have the cash to buy them!  If your going to run and gun at low levels, then I would pick the mp5 or ak-74.  That's what I roll with.  Then I add a spas shotgun when I hit 24.  

I'll just add that the Enfield is one of the most underrated guns in the game.

if you want to move faster use a sub-machine gun move from side to side..it helps due to the horrendous lag on this game..getting so fed up with the lag now..so frustrating.

If you hate lag try ps3!  I just bought one a week ago, got black ops, batt 3, and mw3, and they all have twice the lag of xbox 360 games.  The only thing I prefer from the ps3 is the graphics are somewhat better and I have more local friends that I know that have it.  I hated the controller but bought a converter so I could hook up an xbox controller to the ps3, that helped with game play a lot.  I never thought I would say this but I would rather pay a few bucks for online service than have a free laggy ps3 online service.

Mac , kiparis , Olympia are my personal favorites Olympia especially if you have a turtle beach headset you can usually hear what's around the corner as you run

I've been liking the AK47 quite a bit.  Sure it moves around a quite a bit when you fire,  but once you get into the habit of throttling the trigger,  it's very deadly and very quick.

The ak-47 is good but I have a hard time with it long range too bouncy, so I use til I get the commando which I like a lot.  You know what I don't see a lot of?  People using light machine guns, you rarely see em, unless its the last one you unlock I forget what its called.  I may venture and try some.  The only thing I hate is how slow you are when running around with them.  

I'm a fan of the MPL, it's cranking in nuke town. If you're going to use light machine guns, go with the stoner. It has a crazy firing rate, you do need a level of talent to get used to the kick back.

You just have to throttle the trigger when using it a long range.  Once you get the hang of it,  it works great.  I also like the commando alot.  I use it exclusively in S&D.  Still packs an enormous punch even when silenced.  And speaking of LMG's  some friends and I were partied up yesterday and for some fun we decided that we would choose a specific gun at the beginning of each round.  And at one point someone said "M60's".  So we did it.  And it was fun.

For early on.. MP5K w/ rapid fire and extended mag (ghost, warlord, hacker) OR Ak74u w/ rapid fire and grip (ghoist, warlord, hacker)

My favorite.. Spas w/ surpressor (light weight, steady aim, marathon)

With that being said, I'll run n gun with just about anything. Love the galil and commando :)
