  • As the Forza 4 forum is down and this one seems quiet i thought ild ask a few questions to help me on my forza 4 achievments.

1:Bucket List, it says finish 1st in every race in event list in career play mode. Does this still work if i Hire a driver and he wins?

2: Ferrari Collector, What Ferraris are these as im not sure what packs iv downloaded and dont want to waste my CR wich im in short suply of.

3: Exclusive Taste,What 5 cars are these as same reason as the Ferrari's.

4:legendary Battle, how do i do this as no1 online will race as a 330P4 and i dont race as a GT40 Mark II often & not many of my friends play Forza 4

Cheers to anyone who replys and hope to see you on the track one day.

any help with the achievments is much appreciated.

Yes, if you hire a driver it still counts towards the achievement (obviously the driver has to win though) I actually had some races left when this unlocked for me, about 20 or so.

2: Ferrari Collector, What Ferraris are these as im not sure what packs iv downloaded and dont want to waste my CR wich im in short suply of.

  • I had the same feeling when I started Forza 4. But I think it's very easy to gain credits. I'm not a very good racer, but I race a lot. You can have millions in no time. But you have to work (race) for it!

  • Level: 4
  • Cheers, itl take a while.i'll just have to be tight with me CR lol

  • Zeke, go to the "rivals" races and start running laps.  You'll make money very quickly doing that.  Once you beat a rival, cash in and go again.  You'll make a few hundred thousand in no time at all and that, my friend, is a good start.

U cannot change other people, U can only change yourself. In other words, you must be the change u wish to see in the world.

  • Also, quick leveling cars is a great way to get lots of money. I've had close to 1 million just leveling cars alone. EDIT: manufacture affinity is what I mean. Get a car to level 4 and buy all the go-fast parts and race in a private race online against a full field of low level cars. Not sure if it's the same, but in 3, the money and XP gained didn't change for opponent car classes.

what in sam hell is a puma?

  • To save money, try not to upgrading cars at first, instead level your car until you get 100% discount off manufacturer parts. Also don't feel like you need to buy cars for a new race in a new class all the time, just try and use what cars you have been given.

Do you have kinect? If you don't you'll not get the 1000.

The forza world tourer achievement is a bit of a pain as well as it doesn't unlock through racing season play or from the event list..

The only other one you may have a problem with is the unicorn hunter achievement but since they're handing unicorns out left, right and center at the moment you should get one soon enough.

Also got another 250g coming when the porsche DLC arrives

  • Level: 4
  • iv got a kinnect just have to set it up on me xbox again. am nearly done with the world tour then starting on the event list. its a bit daunting but will get through it sooner or later

I have not gone into the events list yet to have a look, but if it is anything like FM3's event list, then we're in for a long ride.

  • Level: 5
  • it looked a little bigger compared to how many were in FM3 events list. although an easy way to go through it is just go through career, as it will take most of the races out without you really noticing.

Although i've got no source to back this up, i'm sure it's nearer twice as big as it was in FM3. If memory serves me FM3 had something like 600 races in the event list were as FM4 is something like 1100

    I could be completely wrong

  • My ex wife has Kinect, I'll go over there and play with the kids one day to unlock this achievement. I'm still not sold on a Kinect, everytime I think about buying one, I have better places to spend money.

When I had finished FM3 and went into stats to check how many races I had done, it was 1200+. Because me and my friend were making a scene about if we have to witness over 1200 starting rev up animations before the race again we would not be happy. It took close to 150 hours to complete and become a bit of a chore in the end, but I guess I just over played it a bit for the first few months.

FM3 has 220 events in the Events List, with a total of 909 races contained within them. (I know this because I just got finished counting them all).  I don't know how many FM4 has, since I don't own it.

  • Level: 3
  • Wow, thought it was way less than that.

The event list in FM4 seemed to take a lot longer to complete compared to FM3. Can't for the life of me find a source that confirms how many actual races there are in FM4 (i aint counting them)

  • Level: 5
  • If it's laid out the same way that FM3 was, it actually doesn't take very long at all to count.  FM3 was laid out in a 10x22 grid, with each column having the same number of races for each event, with the exception of the final column (the class championships), in which the number steadily increased, the higher the car class.  Some simple multiplication and you're done.

  • that would be a good idea. i love when games have achievment trackers, so dont waste time doing things ya dont need to

  • Level: 1
  • I just need to finish all the world championships but they all have 2 heats and then get BMW to affinity level 50.

  • Level: 4
  • iv made a start on the event list done all C class cars just last track of world championship then mpve on. but wats the deal with the 2 heats on te championships its pointless and annoying

  • Level: 1
  • Yeah it's taking a long time, might end up hiring a driver for the 2nd heats

  • Level: 4
  • i was thinkin that but i trying to do em all in Ferraris as much as possible to help level them up to 50 for that achievment. so i see it as that last race is losing me tie and poins :(
